My Atlantic City Hilton vacation was great! The hotel and staff were excellent. My family and I were able to visit the gift shops and restaurants there and had a good time doing so. The rooms were very comfortable and the view--there are no words to explain it! My trip to the casino was fun-filled as well! I will definitely stay there again albeit another family vacation or lovers retreat. I will also tell all my friends about it too.

The hotel room was very clean and roomy. The bathroom was spacious and my two daughters just loved the whirlpool tub. It was very convenient that the beach, boardwalk and beachbar were right outside the back entrance. I also loved that the casino had the Pink Panther and Phantom of the Opera slots that my sister in-law and I just love!!! I have found that they can be rare to find. Would definitely recommend this hotel/casino. I give them an A !

I enjoyed my time here it was very relaxing and clean. We were able to get up and do whatever and came back to a clean room and friendly staff. It was so enjoyable we didn't want to come home. The view was amazing and the features that the hotel had were amazing. Both the pool and spa were clean and the staff was very tentative. I feel that singles, couples, people with children and older adults can enjoy there stay here

I enjoyed my stay for the most part. We loved our proximity to the beach. Our check in was very smooth and they allowed us up into our room an hour before check in. The staff was very helpful. My only concerns were that it seamed as though very few staff members were fluent in the English language, which left us with a few wrong turns here and there.
I suppose my only other concern was the fact that in our bathroom we had a jacuzzi tub that I was looking very forward to soaking in that evening...only to have large chunks of some sort of brown substance come shooting out of the jets when it was turned on. We contacted hotel staff and a maid was sent up to clean it. We were than informed that it would not be usable for at least 24 hours.
We contacted the front desk and they were unable to be of any help, as far as moving us.
I guess in short I would love to stay there again...but the old adage seems to be true, "You get what you pay for."

This was our first time staying at the Hilton. It will NOT not be our last. Our front desk person set the tone, she was fabulous, (Karima??). If all front desk staff are as courteous as she, fantastic job Hilton. Our room was better than any we have stayed at in "other hotels" including Caesars.
Beach access was easy, the pool was great, the restaurants we found to be good. Even the gift was visited and we found what we were looking for.

We haven't been to A/C in over 10 years and was very pleasantly surprised in the improvements of the hotels, casinos, boardwalk, beaches and surrounding area. The beach and boardwalk was great fun for our two young kids, but the Hilton restaurants and hotel was not kid friendly. No activities for kids and the video game area was very small. All their restaurants did not cater to children and did not have a kids menu. Although we had a great time at Atlantic City, we'll probably book at another hotel on our next visit. Also, we called the hotel to make a reservation and was told no rooms were available, but the web site AtlanticCity.com had rooms available at reasonable rates.

Check in was not very informative. I was supposed to be given 2 tickets for a show. Which I never received. Nor my parking voucher.This meant that I had to wait in line again during a busy check in time in order not to pay for parking A second time. Everything was ok after that. Although I couldn't believe there was a charge to use the gym. Most hotels include use of the gym for free. I could see the spa being charged for but not the gym.

I had a major problem with this hotel. As we were getting ready to leave at 8:00 AM on July 18, 2008, the safe would not open. I called the front desk, advised them of the problem and told them that my wife and I both needed to leave immediately since we both had to get to work.

They told me that they would notify security and that someone would be in my room in "minutes" to unlock the safe. I waited fifteen minutes (8:15). Nobody arrived. I then called security, repeated what I had told the front desk and told them that, at 8:00, I was told the problem would be resolved in "minutes." They assured me that someone would be in my room in a few minutes. I waited another five minutes (8:20). Nobody arrived. I called security again and was told that someone was already on my floor. I waited another two minutes. I called again and was told that they would call security again.

A couple of minutes later, a man from security arrived and told us that he could not open the safe, because he had to wait for the locksmith. The locksmith did not arrive until about 8:40.

I wish to add that until my last call to security, I spoke very nicely and calmly. The last time I called, I spoke more aggressively. I guess that's what it takes to get service. This should not the case.

I have stayed in numerous hotels in Atlantic City and through out the world and have never been unable to unlock my safe. However, I understand that something like this can happen. However, the delay in service was inexcusable. As a result, my wife and I were both late for work. I missed an appointment with a valued client. This should hot have happened.

The Hilton is an absolutely clean and wonderful hotel. It accommodated our family with small children very well. It is extremely easy to get to and the beach is right out the back doors. We did not gamble, and the hotel is a great place even for vacationers who are not there to go to the casinos. We ate at one of their restaurants and the food and service was excellent. We also enjoyed swimming in the indoor heated pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I think the hotel's location is great. You can have sea view and beach without need to share the view and beach with other people. It kind of located on the side of other hotels, so it is kind of quite in some way.
The parking fee is reasonable, only 5 bucks and can get you in and out of the hotel unlimited during your stay, plus you can park at any casino once, for free. The only thing you need to do is book a room and pay that "5 bucks" parking fee.
The stuff are friendly and helpful. I surely will stay there again.

The Hilton overall was a GREAT experience with good service and food, clean rooms and casinos. The beach was so close to the hotel a long with a very nice beach bar with food, beverages and live music. We went to several other casinos but kept coming back to the Hilton because it was the best in Atlantic City. We found the service from their staff to be friendly, professional and customer orientated. The casinos were kept clean and were staffed with people who knew their business!!! Thank you Hilton!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful time. When we arrived our reservations were perfect and we were greeted and given a great room with a view of the ocean. This hotel is called a Hilton, but don't expect it to be a Hilton. 80-90's look. It is about a 3 scale hotel. Though it is on the beach with a tiki bar, it is not the typical beach atmosphere. It is quite a walk to get down the boardwalk and we ended up taking a taxi to the Taj Mahal. I personally would not stay there again, but if you have kids it would probably work well because you have the beach, casino, spa, and indoor pool. I stayed at this hotel for the beach and casino, not the restaurant. The review tab is not working correctly to select this. Also, the restaurant – Patsy’s is over-rated! It is very expensive, less portions, and not nearly as good as an Olive Garden.
