I think Ballys has the best spa in AC. That is the reason that I always go there. When I got there they put me in the old Claridge section. I am not used to staying there. It was out of the way, and the rooms are not as nice. I did not use the spa because I was very disappointed that they could not change my room. So I had dinner elsewhere, and gambled at another hotel. I don't know if I will stay there again unless I get a nicer room. The staff were nice, but they said they could not help me. Next time I will need to know up front what room I will be getting.

Stayed in the Claridge Tower section of the Complex, the front desk was helpful in changing the room, the room booked through Atlantic City.com was not what I wanted. The location and enclosed walkways made for easy access to the Wild West casino and Caesars as well at the Pier Shops at Caesars. 2-Restaurants were closed for dinner Thursday night, Pickles and Arturos, I'm not sure if these are seasonal or weekend only restaurants. 6ix Bistro seemed to have a lot of Host Staff and short on wait staff. causing the dinner line to form quickly. Breakfast service was a lot better. The rooms are showing their age and are in need of an upgrade, sections of grout were missing from the tile in the shower area. I would ask for a main tower room or stay at Caesars the next time, unless the Claridge has been upgraded.

The room was very nice. The decor was appealing and up to date. However, my significant other is an asthmatic and the feathers in the bedding was problematic. We were unaware of the feathers initially and he was laying on the bed for some time. As a result, he had an asthma attack and we had to pay a visit to the hospital. Although it is a nice facility, we would have preferred spending our time somewhere else. Notification about the bedding would have been helpful.

This hotel was cheesy. The room smelled of smoke and the bed was small. I would recommend this hotel if you had no other choice and you needed a place to crash for the night. My girlfriend and I were looking for a romantic get away from the hustle and bustle of new york city and thought we would find this in Atlantic city at Ballys but we were wrong. The room smelled of smoke, and this would have been ok if we wanted a smoking room but we requested a non- smoking room with a king size but of course this was not the case.

I have stayed in the hotel in the past and completely enjoyed it. This time I requested a room on a floor close enough to walk to or could use steps (I have an incredible fear of elevators and an anxiety panic disorder), I was told I have the closest room possible. The room was in the Claridge tower and on the 7th floor. I had to walk the steps but did not feel comfortable in the room or stairs.

While I registered at Bally's, I was given a room in the Claridge Tower. I was not aware there was a difference. There is a difference. Ask for the Bally Tower, it puts you closer to the spa and you don't have to schlep your bags 100 miles! Staff were mostly attentive and the Martini bar was pretty cool with an ice shelf running through the bar. Nice location on the boardwalk, fairly central. The room had seen it's better days, not luxe by any standard. Ask for Bally's Tower (I am guessing because the corridors were much more modern.)

I came with my fiance as a getaway from our 7th month old.It was very relaxing great front desk and an okay pool area. Their was a little problem due to all the smoking the smell was terrible .I only stayed two nights but enjoyed it very much.Not a suggested places for kids unless you bring the nanny to watch them as you enjoy the casinos.Great location from the shopping area and the boardwalk. Cant wait to come back.

I have stayed in this hotel before and I was very satisfied. This past weekend was not at all enjoyable. I first made reservations at Arturo's restaurant for a Friday night on Wednesday and on Thursday night I get a phone call from the restaurant saying that they had to cancel my reservation due to a private party. One of the main reasons for staying in this hotel was for this restaurant. The room next to use had sick coughing kids all night and I was unable to get any comfort or sleep. The bathroom was dirty and not kept nice. The paint was chipping off the wall it was just not clean.

I found the room comfortable. The room service was poor because of their slow response times. To have a hour and a half wait to get breakfast is outrageous especially when the lines for in restaurant dining was so long. I would recommend that the organization should make an attempt to improve on response times and work on efficiency ratings. One of the more attractive points about my stay is that the staff were genuinely friendly and willing to help when asked questions. Also the quality of the television in the room was poor with a picture that was too dark and fuzzy. I think your rates are your most attractive feature.

The room overlooked the beach and boardwalk. We went to the pool but the kids were out of school that week so it was way to noisy. Next time we will make sure the kids are in school so we can enjoy the pool area. Weather was not to nice but because we stayed at Bally's we could visit 3 casinos without getting wet or blown away. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Thank you for a much needed mini vacation.

Everything pleasant. Would stay for leisure & gambling again. The casinos were clan . A little too much smoking. Not enough waitresses for drinks. The room was okay. Would like more tvs near gambling table to watch sports. Convenient to get to. Parking was fine. The elevators were clean. I like to gamble and I’m looking for a convenient economical place to stay for a night during the week and on weekends. Overall a positive experience and I would go back if the price was right.

Hotel was nice and clean for the rate I paid. If you like to gamble but are not a high roller during the week most tables were 5-10 range for the min bet. Food was good at the buffet for the money it was a good weekday night.

During the week not much going on at night and it was a much older crowd, more people in their 60's then in their 30's and 40's. Not a bad place for business.

The Spa, pool, sauna, and tanning room were delightful and relaxing. I made use of the Spa facility every day. The pool was heated and the sunlight windows over the pool was breathtaking and peaceful. The Claridge Hotel room and spa were very clean. As a single woman, alone, I felt safe and was given competent service and attention from the staff at all times. I used all the facilities and was very impressed with the value of my stay.

We booked a deluxe room. They gave us a standard room. Then they moved us to a room they claim to be deluxe which was 100 % worse. VIEWS TO A DIRTY PARKING GARAGE - TINY WINDOW - AWFUL.
BESIDES, WHO WANTS TO GO TO A CASINO TO GET MOVED AROUND? We also believe we have been lied to. When we requested our standard room back they told us every single room in that hotel was booked .... on a Sunday night with a snow storm on the way. ha ha ha. I don't think even my grandmother would buy that bold of a lie.
