A nice place to visit, and the location was excellent. My reservation was made through this location when the Ballys website was showing no availability - and the rates were very competitive. Would definitely stay there again, and consider booking through this website.

I made my reservations at Ballys through Atlantic City.com expecting to my hotel room to be in Ballys. When I got to the front desk I was told that if I booked through a third party I would be placed in the older part of the hotel the Claridge Tower. If that is the case I should have been told up front that the room was in the Claridge Tower and not Ballys itself. The room was older and worn and the elevators were slow and most of the service comes from Ballys.

We found a great deal on this hotel. It was a last minute trip and we were very fortunate to be able to make a trip to Atlantic City! The casinos were a lot of fun. Even though there was construction, it did not matter. The hotel staff was pleasant. Whenever we could not find our way around, the staff guided us in the right direction. The atmosphere of the whole casino and hotel was very laid back. Everyone at the casino was very friendly.

We stayed in the Claridge tower and the only complaint I have is that the room was so far away from the casino. They were in the midst of construction at the time we were there. It looked like they were in the process of putting a casino in the lobby of the tower instead of the make-shift one, with only a handful of tables and slots. Otherwise, the location was great. Right in the middle of mid-town, walking distance to the pier at Caesars and right across the street from the outlet shops and restaurant. Great room for the price, we would stay again.

Fun Without Fear
We have stayed at several hotels along the Boardwalk; we found that our stay at Bally's was among the best. When arriving at the hotel for checkin, we were given a room on an upper floor. After going to the room, my husband, who is afraid of heights, decided that he would be uncomfortable in this particular room. It took a hot minute to ask for and to receive a room on a lower floor. We felt like pleasing us was the aim of the hotel.

I am a returning guest at Bally's. Each time I have stayed here it has been very pleasant. Try to get a room with an ocean view. I am of the mind if you come to the beach you should be able to see it. The casino is nice. They have a nice variety of machines. I hope they reopen Pickles restaurant soon. I loved their food. All in all we like Bally's for the room rate and the nice large rooms. I highly recommend staying here.

Our room was in the Claridge Tower which was old and dingy. The room was clean but I did not care for that section of the hotel. Everything else was good-we enjoyed the casino. We ate mostly at restaurants outside of Bally's -several of the restaurants in Bally's were closed. The location of the hotel is excellent because it's pretty much in the center of the boardwalk. We especially liked the Bikini Beach Bar when the weather cooperated!

Room was beautiful,spacious and ocean front views lovely. Location between Ballys and Wild West convenient to the Pier for restaurants. Mid week pricing was excellent. 6Six Restaurant in Ballys a very good value and food was delicious. I was traveling with a 91yo senior and the front desk adjusted room location to accommodate special needs. We were disappointed to find the Penny Arcade area near the Claridge was no longer there although plenty of penny machines were found elsewhere. Valet parking and bell service great. Will return.

I booked a room through www.atlanticcity.com at Bally's. We received a room in the Claridge Tower. The room was decent enough, I didn't need anything really special. The room was not as clean as it could have been. There were potato chips on the floor by the 2nd bed in the room. A dirty towel was left on the TV stand & it appeared that someone had smeared makeup on the hairdryer in the bathroom. The 2nd day of our trip, house keeping knocked on the door a little early, so we asked if they could come back in about an hour. We left the room when that hour was up & noticed they were still cleaning 3 rooms down from us. When we returned 6 hours later, they had never come in to clean our room. Thankfully we brought our own towels for showers. We also got a coupon, after signing up for the Total Rewards Card, for the bagel place inside the casino for a free bagel or doughnut with the purchase of 3 bagels or doughnuts. We bought 2 bagels & 2 doughnuts & tried to use the coupon but were told we didn't qualify to use the coupon. So, we paid $18 for 3 coffee's, 2 doughnuts & 2 bagels. I know its a casino, but that's kind of pricey. Nothing bad really happened to prevent us from staying there again, I'd just be more apt to make a complaint if these things happened the next time. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give it a 7.5.

Hotel was very clean. Buffet food in the wild west Casino was Awesome!! Location was perfect. Right in the middle of the boardwalk, easy access to beach, shops, restaurants. However, the one thing I would note was some of the waitstaff were not very friendly or helpful. When asking questions, you were either brushed off, or the answer was very snippy. If you were in the incorrect line, you were told so in no uncertain terms. I know dealing with the public is difficult at best, I just did not feel that it was the way the hotel would like to be represented.

I think Ballys has the best spa in AC. That is the reason that I always go there. When I got there they put me in the old Claridge section. I am not used to staying there. It was out of the way, and the rooms are not as nice. I did not use the spa because I was very disappointed that they could not change my room. So I had dinner elsewhere, and gambled at another hotel. I don't know if I will stay there again unless I get a nicer room. The staff were nice, but they said they could not help me. Next time I will need to know up front what room I will be getting.

Stayed in the Claridge Tower section of the Complex, the front desk was helpful in changing the room, the room booked through Atlantic City.com was not what I wanted. The location and enclosed walkways made for easy access to the Wild West casino and Caesars as well at the Pier Shops at Caesars. 2-Restaurants were closed for dinner Thursday night, Pickles and Arturos, I'm not sure if these are seasonal or weekend only restaurants. 6ix Bistro seemed to have a lot of Host Staff and short on wait staff. causing the dinner line to form quickly. Breakfast service was a lot better. The rooms are showing their age and are in need of an upgrade, sections of grout were missing from the tile in the shower area. I would ask for a main tower room or stay at Caesars the next time, unless the Claridge has been upgraded.

The room was very nice. The decor was appealing and up to date. However, my significant other is an asthmatic and the feathers in the bedding was problematic. We were unaware of the feathers initially and he was laying on the bed for some time. As a result, he had an asthma attack and we had to pay a visit to the hospital. Although it is a nice facility, we would have preferred spending our time somewhere else. Notification about the bedding would have been helpful.

This hotel was cheesy. The room smelled of smoke and the bed was small. I would recommend this hotel if you had no other choice and you needed a place to crash for the night. My girlfriend and I were looking for a romantic get away from the hustle and bustle of new york city and thought we would find this in Atlantic city at Ballys but we were wrong. The room smelled of smoke, and this would have been ok if we wanted a smoking room but we requested a non- smoking room with a king size but of course this was not the case.
