The actual room we stayed in was at the Claridge Casino. I did not know this when booking the reservation, hence, I suppose the cheap rate. The value and cleanliness of the room were good. However, one can easily tell the building is a bit old. Also, the beds were not comfortable to sleep in at all. I thought it was just me, but the next morning, the other people in my party felt the same way. I had no problems with service, however, the beds could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, it was an OK stay. I would probably try a different hotel next time.

I decided to come to Atlantic City for my 22nd birthday celebration. I chose Bally's because it was right on the boardwalk. It was a two minute walk to some of the other sites and hotels which was enjoyable. Overall, the hotel was nice. The dinner we had at Arturo's was above average but for the money we paid we received large portions. The complaint I received was when my roommate went to utilize the free pool, which closed rather early the night before. He said the pool was unsanitary saying there was "old band-aids floating around". Would I come to Ballys again, Yes. Would it be my first choice for my second time around, No.

I don't know if you will post this for other people or not. The people were ok, a bit pricey for things in the store. We had to wait in line for about 45 to eat, at 11:00pm.We had requested a king size bed and when we got there we had to settle for two doubles. The room when we first got there was dirty the carpet was wet and there was trash on the floor. The nightstand hadn't been cleaned there was something sticky on it. Thanks Mrs. Connell

I booked here for the spa area was really excited about the pool area with the hot tubs. The pool closed at 9 so there was no time for that. Got a Ocean view room but windows were so dirty could barely see the ocean not to mention the blue tape all over the windows. Other parts of the room were also not so clean. Definitely not worth the money I spent. Was called a deluxe room but there was nothing deluxe about it not even a fridge.

Ballys has been an amazing getaway anytime I've traveled there. I've stayed at other hotels in Atlantic City but my stay with Ballys has always been the best. The first time that I traveled there, they ran out of smoking rooms in what I had reserved so they gave me a free upgrade. The last time I spent the extra 10 dollars to check out the spa, and it was so peaceful, my advice if you have an extra hour spend the 10 dollars and relax. It was a great stay.

I just wanted to let you know that we booked a hotel room at Bally's online in Atlantic City through your company. I was extremely disappointed with the room with a non-working jacuzzi and if I wanted to use the hotel jacuzzi I had to pay 10 dollars. When I called to complain about the situation the front desk told me it wasn't their problem because I didn't book directly with them but through a third party. I explained that as an agent for the hotel they should be able to help me because they are giving your organization permission to book out rooms. They told me that they could give me a different room but it wouldn't have a jacuzzi in it; it did however, have an ocean view (big deal). I am not going to Atlantic city to sit in my room and look at the ocean. When we did move our room the next night my husband got bug bites all over his stomach. I realize the cleanliness of the hotel is not your problem, however, if I had gotten what I paid for in the first place (a room with a jacuzzi) there would not have had to have been a room change at all.

I just feel the all-around customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I was a guest and to be treated the way I was and subjected to infestation of bugs was totally unacceptable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The casino was great. The room was on the shabby side but very spacious. We chose Bally's for it's central location on the boardwalk and the great value they where offering at the time. Disappointed with the service at 6ix. We where seated for breakfast and waited 15 minutes without even being acknowledged so we left and went to Trump. There where also several homeless people sleeping in the casino on Tuesday night. The workers on the floor where always polite with directions and guidance.

Great view from room. Room needed some serious up-grades for the price. We were in the older section, I believe it's called Claridge Towers. Good food in the restaurants in both Bally's and Wild West. Convenient walk through to Wild West and Caesars. Could walk across boards in the tunnel that leads to some fantastic shops to visit. Staff very friendly, extremely helpful. Flew in from Florida for the four days, service from airport and back was great. Nice area to stay in, next time will try for Bally's rooms.

This was the first time that I stayed at Ballys hotel and it was a great experience. I had reserved a standard room requesting that it would be a king size bed and a smoking room. They had no more left when we checked in so they gave us a free upgrade to the deluxe room. I'm sure it won't happen every time but the fact that they did it when they could made the stay even more pleasant. They also have two separate pools, one that's free and one that is a little extra. Trust me, the spa that costs a few dollars extra is worth it, one of the most relaxing times I've ever had.

Location,location.location is at this hidden jewel Hotel.The prime rib at the wild west Virginia city buffet to die for.Would have return for 2nd buffet but had to check out the next day.The casino is just as good and winning doesn't hurt.Staff was very nice and courteous.During my next visit to Atlantic City would not stay in another hotel on the boardwalk.Would definitely return as soon as possible and the prime rib would be the same?

We stayed in the Claridge section and it was a long walk to the main casino. I wasn't real impressed with the restaurants. The Bistro was good, but when we went to eat one evening it was closed and I didn't see any signs telling us that. Our stay was very good and we had a great time. I will remember next time to ask for a room closer to main casino. Nice nickel poker machines. Loved them.

The Spa at Bally's is simply the most amazing experience I have ever had! I did the full day spa package which included a body wrap, full body massage, spa lunch, body treatment (I got the Boardwalk Macaroon, scrumptious!) and full use of the steam room, sauna, whirlpools and swimming pool. I highly recommend the all day spa package!!! I also enjoyed the Virginia City buffet at the Wild West Casino. I suggest signing up for the casino card at Bally's as soon as you get to the hotel (if you don't already have one). When I signed up for the card I was given a coupon booklet with great offers for a free bar drink, two for one dinner buffet and two free breakfast buffets! Also great savings at other restaurants and shops, and a free parking coupon for the self park garage. I rated our room a 3 only because we stayed in the Claridge Tower which is an older less updated section of the hotel, but it's still good enough if you are budget conscious like me. The beds in the room are the best part, wonderful mattress! I slept like a baby!

Your site said we'd be placed in one of the three towers, but we never expected to be placed in the lowest, dirtiest, oldest building in AC. We've been here before and never have we slept in as old a hotel as this. It dated of 1920, absolutely no renovations, stained carpets, etc.
We asked to be changed tower to be told we had to pay for an upgrade,and told our standards were too high. Do Not Stay!!!!!!!!!

Nice room, friendly and efficient staff (at the desk as well as room cleanup). Casino was nice too, and the food at the bistro (6ix) was great.

Very disappointed with being nickel and dimed for just about EVERYTHING else. There was a cost for internet - cannot believe that in this day and age with free wifi in most coffee shops and many other venues. Also, access to the pool / jacuzzi would cost you $10 - many hotels offer jacuzzi and internet included in the price of the stay.

We needed laundry done, and the front desk had no-one to send up for it - which I found surprising. I think the bell desk was understaffed at the time - the bellman on duty was very helpful but somewhat overwhelmed.
