It was our first time in AC, and we chose Ballys because it was the cheapest hotel-casino on the boardwalk. If you're trying to save money on a hotel, don't go here. We paid close to $300 for one night and it was absolutely disgusting: throw-up on the sheets, overall messy room. A fair price for this room would be $50-$75. I've stayed at way nicer Holiday Inns. Pay a little extra to stay somewhere else, that's what we'll be doing next time.

Unfortunately we stayed here and our room was in the Claridge Tower. This tower should be renovated or closed. There are marks on the walls, mismatched furniture thrown hodgepodge in the room. It is outdated, dirty and we would never stay there again. We did use the spa for an extra $20 which was clean and had a steam room and sauna that was in acceptable standard but the room was not. It was very disappointing and we will not return to AC for a long time. We will never stay at Bally's again. It was the worst casino we have ever stayed in.

I had a very pleasant and relaxing weekend. The room was very neat and clean when we arrived. Room service was timely. The customer service desk staff was efficient and very accommodating. Don't really agree with how non smoking section is separated from smoking section in the casino but a very minor issue compared to the overall atmosphere.In general everyone was very friendly and willing to help when needed Overall this a very nice place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at Bally's. The room was very comfortable.The place is very big and the lights are very beautiful. I would recommend Atlantic City for business meetings, some place just to get away, and alone time. The experience of being there bought so much joy. I haven't been in such a lovelier place. Me & my gf really enjoyed Bally's. We needed a quick get away from work and our stay at Bally's really did the trick. Our room was very huge,warm, and comforting and I can't forget about the king size bed & hot tub that fits about six people! The tv, along with its stand, light switches, nightstands, and half bathroom were a bit old-fashioned, but it didn't matter because the room overall was pretty neat! All couples should visit Bally's Atlantic City!

Are stay at the hotel was very nice.the bed was real comfortable. Everything was very clean and people working there were very friendly. Any question we had they were answered. NY only wish was that we had more time to be there to enjoy the pool. I will love to come back with some family member during the warmer weather to enjoy the boardwalk more. It is so beautiful even in the winter we took alot of pictures outside and the snow on the dunes was just amazing.

It was my first time staying in Atlantic City and it truly left a bigger impression then planned! Ballys definitely knows how to make great impressions. From the valet drivers to the front desk to the casino hosts, etc. my fiance and I were impressed and as of now are already planning a return trip at the end of April. If 2 words can describe this trip, it would be "The Best" because Ballys offers nothing but the absolute best service!

For our needed retreat we chose Bally's for value, friendliness of all service personal, and entertainment. My mom, who is 90, really enjoyed herself and she is in a wheelchair and had no problem getting around. We joined other family members staying at Bally's as well and next time plan to have adjoining rooms. Our next trip will hopefully be in April and we are inviting lots of friends and family to join us for lots of fun. - Naomi

I went for some down time and I really enjoyed myself. I plan to go back soon, maybe do a weekend with the girls. I think that we will enjoy ourselves! The room was ok, but I will upgrade the next time. I took the bus down and it let me off at the casino, this was a plus. I enjoyed my stay at Ballys. I would stay again. The staff was helpful and polite.The room service was delicious!I really enjoyed the view of the city lights and the big tub in the bathroom wonderful! This was probably the lowest quality room I have ever experienced in this price range. We had requested a non-smoking room, but upon entering the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I then called down to the front desk and was told - with quite a bit of attitude - that it was a non-smoking room, but if I had a problem, I could come back down to the desk. Upon arriving back at the front desk, I was then given the same attitude (by a different employee) about being switched to another room. When we finally secured a non-smoking room, it was just terrible quality. The windows were filthy, as were the carpets. There were chipped tiles in the bathroom, and the fixtures were literally falling apart. On the plus side, the casino was decent, but given the location on the strip, there are plenty of other places to stay. Don't waste your money here.

This was a very nice hotel. The hotel itself is in a good location with easy access. The parking deck was conveniently located with indoor access to the hotel. The room was big and clean and pretty. One complaint would be that when I went to check in, they tried to tell me there were only smoking 1 bed rooms and nonsmoking 2 bed rooms available when I reserved online for a nonsmoking 1 bed room. However, I did end up getting the room I requested, which was good.

Clean, good services,Had a great time even though alot of resturants and gambling area's were closed due to a snow storm. Like the accessibility to other casino's and the pier shopping area from this location. The bellhop and front desk people were extremely helpful knowledgeable of the local are and service in the town of Atlantic City. This was a beautiful hotel, in a great location on the Boardwalk. Unfortunately, I was there during the second worst snowstorm A.C. has ever received. Due to the inclimate weather the hotel was short-staffed. The weather did put a slight damper on my weekend away. The hotel housekeeping never came to my room to make the beds or replenish the towels. Many of the restaurants were closed as well. This limited things I could do while there, because the stores on the Boardwalk were closed too. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but would hope the conditions are better next time.
