This particular Comfort Inn had previously been named Quality Inn. This caused a lot of confusion due to the fact there were 2 of each on that particular side of the road. The front desk people were nice but the staff didn't seem to understand English. We'd asked for clean towels and never got them until I went to the front desk 12 hours later. It was very clean, but breakfast didn't last very long, the rooms are extremely small, and the pool hours were very restrictive. Internet access was available but the bandwidth was very low, meaning it took a long time for pages to load. Getting in and out of the parking lot was an issue as it only had one way in and out. It was close to restaurants and convenience stores, while only 8 miles from the casinos. The room is definitely overpriced for what you receive, especially if you're staying on a weekend.

My son and his girlfriend and I chose this hotel because we went to Borgata for a show on the Friday of Memorial Weekend. Making the reservation was easy and we were happy that there was availability. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - only ten minutes away. Check out was easy as well. The only thing that surprised us was that the client that checked in behind us paid 1/2 of what we paid. We expected that there was a mark up but not a 50% mark up.

They did not have enough towels or wash clothes for the guest. They re-washed the towels and gave them back to us, that we used when we arrived.
They never gave us any washed clothes after we turned them in for clean ones. I had to go purchase new clothes. I had to re-clean the tubs and bathrooms after the room was clean. I got the supplies from the desk, we also let the front desk know the problems. We also inquired about the AAA discount, and we were told that because we got our reservation from a third party that we were not able to receive the discount. I will not be using your web anymore or the hotel at the Comfort Inn and Suites.

My stay the hotel was very enjoyable. I found the rooms to be very clean and spacious. The jacuzzi was a wonderful and romantic addition to the room, it was big enough for two people and not in the way of anything in the room. The pool was also a plus. I enjoyed morning swims and evening ones as well. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I was not happy with my stay reason being I purchased the hotel online which the suite I booked looked way bigger than it was I booked for smoking and they gave me non smoking the pool had lint in it was not happy at all with this hotel I would recommend other people who look at this hotel online not to purchase it you really need to go there and look for yourselves it wasn't dirty or anything just wasn't what I expected

The hotel was clean and affordable. Great indoor pool. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel's technology needs to be updated. The televisions and radios in the rooms were outdated and did not give clear reception. Also not close to casino's as advertised about 20 to 30 mins away. Great if you want to get away and not gamble just lounge and enjoy other activities. The rooms were nice and suite with jacuzzi exceptional. Nice for a romantic getaway.

Loved the jacuzzi and quiet time!! Very close to the restaurants and shopping mall. We had fun at the pool and having free continental breakfast in the morning. Parking was good, it wasn't crowded. Casinos was not far at all, it was like 10 to 15 minutes away, with a nice view driving thru. The experience that we had, was very pleasant, fun, relaxing and we would stay here again, for sure.. And if you decide that you don't want to drive, they have cabs for a good price...!!!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a couple of small problems that were taken care of in less than ten minutes. The room was quite comfortable and the Jacuzzi was a very worthwhile addition. To get to Atlantic City took us about fifteen minutes. The staff was also very helpful with directions to some other areas that my wife and I wanted to go to. All on all the stay was a good experience. We would recommend it to friends.

Nice get away, relaxing, not really romantic, but not lots of kids running around which was great for us!! Loved back entrance, usually like people but were there to be with each other,not anyone else. Breakfast kind of a joke, more variety in fruit (was there any?) would have been nice. Liked shower head and jacuzzi, nice touches, also bed and pillows comfortable. Enjoyed ourselves. Will be back hopefully. Price a little high for size of room and location, but hotel clean enough and comfortable.

The hotel was clean, however the indoor heated pool was green and not clean. We had a nice time and this hotel was in a great location to Atlantic City. It was a quarter of the cost of any of the casino hotels, which was what we were looking for. However, I would not recommend this hotel for families with small children, there wasn't much to do and it was set very close to the highway. Overall, it wasn't bad.

This was a good, friendly hotel and the rooms were very clean, although a bit small. Overall with the amount of time actually spent in the hotel it was a good experience. It was a good continental breakfast. Did not like the fact there was not a DVD/VCR player in the room for children to watch movies. The Hotel was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable, it is not very often I sleep well in a hotel bed.

Pool wasn't accessible contrary to the bright sign on the hotel's billboard. The check-in attendant didn't mention this when checking us in. ATM machine was out of order the entire weekend. Gym equipment wasn't functional.No remote control for the T.V in the fitness room. Called front desk twice for T.V. service. The $15.00 gas card promotion was a well kept secret, had to ask twice for it. It was not good, sorry.
