We stayed at the WaterFront. Rooms were very nice and accommodating. My mom did not like the single cup coffee brewer. Plan on coming back with my husband for 8th year anniversary. Also, I would appreciate a receipt at the end of my stay. I was informed it would be in my e-mail. I have yet to see it. Check in staff was very courteous. I was not happy with the pre-pay buffet meal. Our seating was 10:00pm and after only 30 minutes we were informed that we had 20 minutes left before the kitchen closes.

The accommodations were outstanding. Housekeeping were very polite
I have never stayed in this hotel before but now that I have I will come back. I do recommend this hotel to everyone who has not been there. The pool party is great so nice and fun. The service was good. I want to go back with my boy-friend. My friend and I enjoyed ourselves. I got locked out of my room twice, once because my card did not work and the second time because housekeeping somehow locked the door using the drawbar to lock the door. The card readers in the elevator did not read the room key cards very well.
Pool area is amazing...should be open in the evenings the nights they don't have the night club open. This area would be awesome to sit in the hot tub late at night to relax.

I came with two of my friends, all of us being 21 year old guys. We selected this hotel because it was the cheapest for two nights in Atlantic City and we got way more than we expected. The hotel was amazingly nice, very classy, clean, and great decor; nothing was outdated. When we arrived we noticed the hotel is no where near the boardwalk, which was a big disappointment, however we then found that if you sign up with the gold rewards card for free, you can get free shuttles to Caesers, Showboat, and Bally's; all of which are on the Boardwalk. The check-in line was ridiculously long, but there are self-check-in kiosks where the line only took five minutes. We then got an upgraded room to the Bayview tower for no extra charge! Don't stay in the Harbour unless you are with a family; the family center and pool is on that tower. The room was very nice and very clean, and the casino was one of the best in Atlantic city. There are also a few ncie shops, although expensive. One of the huge pluses for Harrah's is the very nice 21 and older pool. It has 82 degree water and a very nice indoor setting, with plenty of room and a bar. If you are or look young, you can go to the casino desk and get a handstamp/wristband that says your 21 so you don't get carded every 10 minutes. Other than that, get the rewards card and use it whenever gambling, and make sure to check everyday on the kiosk for any free stuff you have accumulated. We made the mistake of not realizing that we had a free buffet ticket and didn't use it. The restaurants there are expensive, but the smaller food court is decent. I would suggest going to other hotels on the Boardwalk for cheaper food. We got a buffet at "The Resorts" for only $15, while the one at Harrah's (although I'm sure is better) was $28. Also, check out Brigatine beach if you can, which is across the bridge near Harrah's. Parking is hard to find, but the beach is very nice. Harrah's is also away from the bad parts of town, so you don't have to worry about that if you stay here. All-in-all, I would highly recommend Harrah's if you are going to Atlantic City unless you will give up everything else just to be on the Boardwalk. In that case, stay at Caesers, but for a price.

Harrah's was an extremely exciting experience. This was the first time I stayed at this hotel. Being young, it is an excellent getaway because of the young crowd. The pool is amazing, and the Pool After Dark is even better. I wound up going home with about 600 dollars after playing roulette. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a group of young people trying to get away from everyday struggles such as school and work. I can not wait for my next trip to Harrahs.

Harrah's was a great place to stay for a small romantic getaway.. we did not use room service or anything and the TV was a bit out of date but overall it was a nice place. We didn't use the pool either. We only stayed over 1 night but my girlfriend won 265 at the slot machine so I know she had an awesome time. We ate at the little Italian place that is in the hotel which had really good food but a BIT pricey.

I really enjoyed my stay at Harrahs. Everything was easily accessible and there was more than enough staff to help if you needed. The food available in the hotel itself was outstanding. There was a good amount of activities going on at all times so that if you did not feel like leaving the hotel you did not have to. I especially enjoyed the pool, it was extremely relaxing. The casino was very enjoyable with a vast amount of games to be played. All in all I would definitely stay at Harrahs again.

Overall my stay at the hotel was good. I was not impressed by the 1 hour line up for check in. My first room was insufficient, they gave me a new room across the hall and a $50 credit. The hotel has amazing views (from the Waterfront Tower anyways). The pool, spa and casino were all great. The location was good, however, the total rewards shuttle bus should be running more often, and past 10:30. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family, as the price is quite reasonable.

This was the first time we had visited Atlantic City and the hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. We were only there for a two day stay. We did not have children traveling with us so can not comment on activities for families with young children or teens. The facility was clean and had many things to do, from entertainment, restaurants, gambling and relaxation. The pool is a nice place to sit back and relax. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit.

This hotel was very clean and the casino was very nice. The only negative was the amount of smoking in the casino. The smell of cigarette smoke was prevalent even in the non smoking sections of the hotel and casino. The band that played in the bar nightly was very good and we enjoyed them alot. The food was reasonably priced depending on the restaurant. There was alot of choices to pick from for places to eat. The shopping was nice and not to over priced. The pool was a little small but the vegetation and the atmosphere was great.

Hadn't been to Harrah's in a very long time. Usually stay at the Taj but wanted to try something different. Pleasantly surprised at how "Vegas like" it was. The pool was fantastic, except that it was impossible to find a vacant lounge chair. There should be a person monitoring this situation as it is unfair to throw a towel down on a chair and not come back for hours. Not fair to all the guests. We were given a discount book when we signed up for the player card and that was a pretty good deal, except the buffet discount couldn't be utilized as the lines were very long and we were told it would be a 4 hour wait for dinner. The room was very nice and loved the large bathroom. We ate at the pizza stand which was very good. Ate at McCormicks and although we were a bit rushed out of there, the food was good. The Steakhouse was very nice - we enjoyed the service there - food was just decent, not the best steakhouse I've eaten in. Just ordinary food. My husband doesn't gamble so he went up to watch tv and complained that it wasn't hi def and the channels were terrible - no movie channels.

It was a great time. Everyone was polite and helpful. Gambling, pool party and food all excellent. Whether we ate room service, restaurant or diner all was pleasing. I was surrounded with fun, family and friends and each of us left happy and satisfied. Of course no trip to Atlantic City is complete without shopping at the clothing outlets and taking a ride to the boardwalk. Everything was in good distance. My stay at Harrah's turned out to be a Happy Birthday packed with great memories. I would definitely return for a stay.

Family pool was enclosed in glass. They closed it because oft he storm which left the game room/arcade which was a $1 a token. First day had to call for toilet paper which took hours to get. The casino is not good in the am as they only had a handful of table open until 12 and no low tables. The restaurants are expensive and not very kids friendly. I would not recommend this hotel for a family vacation even though they claim it is kid friendly.

Hotel was good. However was a bit disappointed that I requested a non smoking room and was unable to get one. The room I got just okay. It would be nice to have a do not disturb sign because room service just come in without giving you enough time to say come back later. Besides that the hotel was great. The Pool is a nice place to hang out at night for the night life. Restaurants are ok. Casinos are nice.
