My room was not correct(when I made reservations I requested a smoking room when I arrived it wasn't a smoking room, I had to go up and down carrying my bags as I had to go back and forth to the front desk/concierge). I had to call front desk 8times to get an ashtray I also had to call multiple times for everything I needed, even to get a food tray taken away that was left in the hall for at least 6 hours. I have been to Atlantic city before and never stayed overnight. I thought this hotel and trip would be the perfect trip to do that but i had hassles at every turn here. It was not as pleasant as I would have liked.

I loved my stay at Harrah's!! The hotel is so beautiful!! The rooms are magnificent in the Water Tower!! I love the pool! I felt like I was on an tropical island somewhere and it was great how at night it turned into a nightclub!! The only two things i recommend is that the Buffet price be lowered and it served breakfast!! Also that the shuttle bus run more often> It became very crowded at times. Other than that, I had no complaints!! I'm definitely going to stay again at Harrah's!

The weather was not great during my stay, but it didn't matter because of the indoor pool. It is a great set up and a perfect plan B if the weather doesn't cooperate.

The casino and hotel rooms are very nice too.

My only problem is the location, it's far from the boardwalk (granted, this may be a plus for some). If you want to enjoy the beach it is a bit of a trek to get there.

the hotel me great taste has an attention of first and the personnel is very kind everything it was turning out to be very clean and the picina saw fabulous fodder that deverian were some employees who are bilingual for the persons who come from other countries and to have another information in Spanish for the persons that comes from other countries as a leaflet of the place of the hotel

I did not get good hospitality. Although it was a clean room, I did not see one housekeeper the whole stay. I felt things were difficult to find. My view was the top of the pool which I did not notice until the next morning because it was already dark when I arrived. I have stayed in Atlantic City before but the first time at this establishment and I have to say it was not one of my best experiences. The worst part was the long walk from the parking garage.

This trip was for our honeymoon and we had an awesome time. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We are planning to go back every year for our anniversary.. We recommend this hotel to everyone. They have a nice play area for the kids and lots of things to do. Everything about our stay was just perfect. Harrahs is a beautiful and exciting place to stay. It's beautiful decor and atmosphere make it a home away from home. We ate dinner at a tasteful restaurant Polistina's and the food was fabulous. THe pool is an oasis and Wednesday night it transformed into a club where the crowd was mixed with older and younger people. This stay was unbelievable. It is the third time I've stayed at Harrahs and just as before this stay was rememberable!

Hotel was very clean. I especially loved the shower! The value I received from booking on Atlanticcity.com was exceptional. I went with my mother (68 years old) and she also enjoyed her stay. My only complaint was the lack of food options at the resort. We stayed in the Waterfront Tower and our view was lovely. The vibe at Harrahs was very upbeat and it was nice to be able to go downstairs to the casino and then upstairs to our room. Although I did not use the pool, from what I could see it was fantastic. I will make sure to bring my bathing suit next time! I would definitely stay here again!

I was very impressed with my stay at Harrahs. When we were upgraded to the water tower we were more than impressed with our room. Service was great and the hotel was clean. Service at McCormick and Schmidt and Reflections Cafe was great also. The only complaint I have is about the service at the pool. We sat at a table for about 45 minutes without anyone even serving us a drink. Finally I went to the bar and ordered and continued to serve my table myself (we were hungry and wanted to go gamble, not spend 4 hours at the pool waiting for our food). One girl even came over to grab her money off of the table and told us she would be back in one minute when we tried to order a drink and she never did return after an hour and half. Overall had an awesome stay at Harrahs and I would def stay there again.

Our stay at Harrahs was wonderful, the rooms are great the pool is definitely worth checking out, the food was excellent a little bit pricey, but it is delicious and worth every penny, the service is awesome, everyone always seems to have a smile on their face and is willing to help out. Our only issue with registering online was that when we double booked and didn't find out until we got there so we weren't refunded for the first night. Because we booked online the front desk said that there was nothing they could do to help us. It was a little frustrating,but we didn't let it ruin our trip it just put us 200 dollars in the hole. BUMMER! So be careful with registering and I suppose call to check in advance to make sure there's no mistakes, but have a great time besides for that HARRAHS rocks!

We had a good time.. Casino great... Beautiful
pool and Spa was beautiful and was very relaxing. All the personnel were very helpful and pleasant...a little disappointed that there was no entertainment while we were there!! Hopefully next time..Our room was clean and comfortable...Valet parking was a great convenience..We went to the buffet and enjoyed the
large selection of food and desserts that were offered as well as salads, seafood and great carving station.. we will be back!!

My room was absolutely beautiful. I could not believe for the price the room that I was given. Check-in took a little long for it being 1130 at night but the man who greeted me made me smile. The pool is beautiful, the casino is nice but the waitresses don't come around as much as they should. The Asian bartender at the main bar in the casino is very friendly. Overall, my stay was pleasurable and I will be staying there again.

After checking out several other hotels and casino's, I decided on Harrahs for a girls weekend out. We were not disappointed. The help at the front desk was very friendly and informative (although it would have been nice if there were more stations for check in available). Our rooms were very clean with great decor. Although I didn't leave too much time for sleeping, the bed was very comfy! The pool was incredible, day and night. Great nightlife with the exception of not enough bars at the pool at night...very long lines for a drink. The buffet was also amazing. There was more food than I could imagine, all delicious and well prepared. I will definitely be back to Harrahs!

I had an amazing time. The pool area was incredible, the food was awesome. The only thing that was fairly difficult was figuring out how to use the machines when I got there. For a person that doesn't gamble a lot but wants in on the fun there weren't many opportunities to play Texas hold'm or other card games except in high pressure situations. Maybe some explanation option for new visitors would be helpful. But other than that I had an awesome time and I can't wait to come back! :)
