Hotel was very nice, overall service was o.k. Would recommend it to others..Price was great, and the rooms were very nice and like at home with all amenities..
Could stand to improve on the restaurant selections, need better foods on buffet;s as well as the prices to HIGH..
More IHOP, DENNY's , Pancake Houses, etc..People need to speak more ENGLISH..Prices on cigs were too expensive..
Other than the food selection we loved it there..Go back..

Myself and four friends from my high school recently all turned 21. We decided it was time for a trip to Atlantic City and chose this hotel for its low price, large spaces, and location. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The employees downstairs were very kind and even allowed us to keep our cars in the secure lot after checkout time. This hotel is only a 5 minute walk from some of the largest casinos and is close to many excellent bars as well. We would return to this hotel if we go back to Atlantic City.

WOW! We stayed here this past summer, and enjoyed it then, but this time was better. The Outlets are walking distance, the Casinos are close, Bill's is right around the corner for a good, quick breakfast. The room was VERY clean, and the staff was friendly. Parking was a snap in the protected basement. There is a warning not to park there during rainstorms, but the parking lot across the street is very convenient, too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Great location with casinos a few steps away. Shopping and outlets were close by. There is a beautiful view of the beach and casinos. The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. This spot is great for a low key get away with plenty of shopping, gambling and eating options close by. A home away from home; kitchenette with refrigerator, stove top, coffee maker, dishwasher etc....stocked with cooking utensils. Jacuzzi/pool on rooftop had a great view also and the entertainment/game room was a cool option.

The hotel was nice. the rooms were large and clean. There was also a full kitchen for those who like mto stay a few extra days. The hotel is convenient for beach and casinos. the staff was polite and friendly as well as being available all evening long. Stayed on a Friday night, all the casinos had very high rates, we were able to get a room for less than 150$. Beach front room with a great view, easy walking distance to Bally's or Resorts. Reasonable walk to Tropicana and Trump. Would recommend that you walk on the boardwalk and not on the streets, felt a bit uncomfortable about the area when we walked the street. Cab fare was only 5$ between Bally's and this hotel (didn't want to walk back at 2am).

The outside of the hotel, was nothing nice. We checked in and asked the front desk if we could have an ocean front room. She said she would try. When we walked into the room we were really happy. The room was awesome. We had a one bedroom suite, it was very clean, and spacious. And of course the ocean was gorgeous. Have a great time and will return and recommend this hotel.
The parking garage was kind of different, you had to put your car on an elevator to go to the upper levels of the garage. but was not a big deal considering the comfort of the rooms.

My friends and I decided to go to Atlantic City to help celebrate my 30th Birthday. We looked for a hotel that would be close to the main attractions and also provide affordable, quality, comfortable accommodations. La Renaissance was just that. Rodrigo, the late night check-in assistant was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the area. The room was spacious and cozy and the view was beautiful. My experience at La Renaissance was very positive. The staff were very nice and the rooms very very well organized and cleaned. The entrance was just steps away from the boardwalk which made it even more convenient. The hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub which was very convenient. The hotel rooms are very nice especially because they come equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and a stove which you can bring food along with you to save more money. My stay was overall great.

We chose the hotel because of the kitchenette and proximity to the beach. I read other reviews and was prepared for the dirty windows and tight parking. I had high hopes because the website says the rooms were remodeled last summer. Unfortunately, that was a bit of an exaggeration because I couldn't see the results. The walls were dirty with food particles, gouges and stains. The carpet wasn't the cleanest either. The bathroom and kitchen were pretty clean, and the bedroom was okay. Overall, the stay was fun. If you can't afford to stay at a casino, just remember- you get what you pay for.

I booked through the internet using AtlanticCity.com site. I wanted to be near the beach and safe walking distance to the casinos. This hotel was ideal. The balcony overlooking the ocean was a bonus as was the kitchen and 2 TV's.This was an unexpected break so cost determined whether we went and how long we stayed. The front desk staff (Roosevelt) was exceptionally helpful.We were happy to be able to walk to restaurants,boardwalk shopping and casinos.

From the outside the hotel do not look very appealing, but once we checked in and got to our room I was quite surprise. We had one of the newly renovated room which was quite nice. The room was big, clean and we have a baloney with the view of the ocean and boardwalk. The one negative was I smelled smoke from other people who was smoking in there rooms. I had to open the baloney door to air out the place. We also took full advance of the kitchen and we cook our own meals which saved us on spending money on food. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and when we checked out the next day. The young lady was nice enough to allow us to keep our car in the garage so we can go and check out Ripley's museum. The parking garage is tight so if you park in there you have to be careful not to hit anyone car. Overall! The hotel is a great value with big, clean rooms.

Great place to stay. You can get to the beach quickly and casinos are a short walk away. I have stayed here four times and plan on using it again next year. The rooms are clean and it is great having a full kitchen available during the stay. The view from the rooms are great and it is nice sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening. The pool is small but good for those days when the weather is just not good enough.
