The only bad things about this hotel was Internet connection was only available in the lobby. The location was on the boardwalk, but a good walk from the hotel to anything. The TVs are kind of out of date, but overall I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are spacious, the views of the ocean are great, and the staff was very friendly. All rooms included a small kitchen with any appliance u could need (except an oven) I highly recoment this hotel for couples, and young singles traveling in packs because of the size of the suites. One room can fit at least 6 people.

Very disappointed pool and hot tub was broke down. The pool room wasn't even heated, exercise equipment was in there but it was junk anyway. Very good price, only about 50 feet from board walk. Friendly staff and they even discounted the room $90 for the weekend to let me in on a weekend special I had not locked in earlier. I will go back but check on pool status first. I can not believe how tight the slots are in Atlantic City. The Wild West Casino bar rocks, just watch out for the Craps table, they had morons running it.

The staff at the front lobby was very friendly and polite. The room was very clean, and more than what was expected. Everyone was very courteous. The location was great because we were right between all the casinos, so we were able to go to several of the different ones. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the idea of the rooftop pool and hot tub but felt it was too cold. The pool stable was nice too. I would definitely stay here again1

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at this hotel, six years ago. We have spent every year there since. We like the rooftop pool and hot tub. We do things at our own pace and thoroughly enjoy our stay. The staff is great also. We will go back next year. We find it very comfortable and always clean. For our needs, it is perfect. We feel safe and secure at all times. It's close to the casinos and eating places. Can't get any better than that.

It was a very central location and very friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable. The apartments are in a very central location for all amenities. They were clean and very quiet also. It was our first opportunity to use a car elevator which was a very innovative idea to maintain maximum car spaces. The apartments were well equipped with utensils and made our stay very comfortable. The cleaning service were very friendly and unobtrusive. I would certainly recommend this location for future trips.

This was a beautiful, quaint hotel. Not fancy but clean and everything worked. The atmosphere was very nice, almost like a family atmosphere. We had an amazing sea, view and the pool and hot tub on the roof is nice! It is two seconds away from the little beach shops and easily within walking distance from the main casinos. The internet in the lobby is not very fast but it's free! We had a lovely romantic time and we would definitely stay here again.

Convenience and size of suite were a factor. Pull out bed however very lumpy and uncomfortable. Balcony door jammed shut. All these are "fixable" so will stay again. Staff is always helpful and the kitchen is a definite plus. Found hotel on line but didn't realize credit card would be charged immediately and as a result our hotel receipt read $0. Luckily this did not cause any problems at the Canadian border as I did do my usual shopping. Directions to Hamilton Mall would be helpful.

This hotel offered a great value for a hotel right on the boardwalk. It is walking distance to several hotels including Ballys and Wild Wild West. The room was very clean, and the kitchen amenities were extremely convenient. With the casinos charging an arm and a leg, this hotel was perfect. It was easy to go to the beach, walk to the bike rental by Resorts, and just to walk the boardwalk. It is close to the pier shops as well.

My family and friends have stayed here for years. It is close to the boardwalk and convenient to all the casinos and stores. The clean conditions and friendly service, plus the equally good price for in season stay make it a great place. The pool and hot tub are clean and very well kept. Hotel offers one parking space per room which is under the hotel and can only be accessed with room access key. Dunkin Donuts is located right on the corner near hotel.

I was disappointed about the size of the room for six adults. Rooms were too small with no room to move around and only l bath. Online stated that one of the rooms had 2 queen size beds, there were two twin beds. Front desk clerk was more than happy to give us around room with little more space but same accommodations and city view. We loved the beach view so we stayed put. Stay was a getaway trip for six.

I researched the hotel's website and the pictures that I found on it must have been from 10 years ago because it looks as if they do not upkeep the hotel at all. The rooms are sub-par. The pull out couch was disgusting but the queen bed was nice. It was a real pain in the ass going up and down the car elevator to park! The location is nice though, it puts you right on the boardwalk between Trump Taj Mahal and Trump plaza. The main reason I chose this hotel was because I wanted 6 people to stay in the room, this was the only hotel that did not charge a separate fee for more than 4 people.The outside of the hotel was very disappointing and the pool was tiny. I would not stay there again and I would not recommend it...spend the extra 50 bucks and go to a real hotel!

I thought this hotel was good. All the rooms are suites. I enjoyed the view from my room of the ocean. This hotel is great when you have young children because it has a kitchen in every room so you can keep things in the refrigerator and heat things up and cook. There pool was located on the top floor and it was enclosed which it is perfect when the weather is too chilly to be outside to swim. This hotel was very secured you needed a key to enter the hotel plus a key for the garage to park your car.

La Renaissance Suites is not a bad hotel, overall. The location is great, right on the boardwalk, near the ocean. The quality of the room was pretty good. Each room includes a full kitchen, and living room area. I would prefer to stay on the ocean side, for a nice view of the beach. I did not get a chance to check out the pool area. The front desk was helpful and service was quick. My only complaint about the room was the cleanliness. The floor could have used a bit of vacuuming, as well as the couch. Although I could tell that the bed sheets were washed, there were a few dark stains that stood out, which I'm sure would freak some people out. There were spare bed sheets in the bedroom closet that appeared to be much cleaner. Another good feature about this hotel is free parking in their parking garage. The garage is a bit small, so those of you whom drive large vehicles and/or have a difficult time backing out of tight car spaces, you may want to park in the street, or the parking lot across the street. The only difference is that the parking lot will charge you a daily rate.

This was a great hotel with a great price. Upon arrival I parked in the tight but secured garage and felt very safe with my car there. We walked into a faint urine smell but with Clorox and Incense we managed and didn't smell it anymore. I would recommend this hotel to others, and we look forward to going back! I went for my birthday and we had a wonderful time. Boardwalk and casinos less than 5 minutes away. Wonderful!!

The hotel was exquisite. It was like a mini apartment. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I never wanted to leave. It was on the boardwalk, so very convenient to get to the casinos and other destinations. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. I loved every minute of it. The place was quiet and it had a relaxing state. If you did not want to leave your room, there was a small kitchen to cook in. The carpet was clean and the destination was quiet. It was a lovely stay and I would recommend to anyone staying at Atlantic City.
