The hotel was very diappointing! The internet claimed that the hotel provided shuttle servcie to the downtown AC area for $10 a person a day and that $10 in tokens would be given to the casino. This was NOT the case. In fact it was $20 each way to take a taxi to and from the hotel. I would not have stayed at this hotel if I knew this was the case. The hotel was clean, but had a very strong mildew odor! In addition to all that a call was transferred to our room at 5AM, which was a pervert prank calling the hotel! The bar was listed as being open until 2AM however we went down at 10PM and it was closed.

on our first night there, there was a large group of people out in the hall, talking loudly, making noisem children running around slamming doors. This started about 11:20 pm. After about fifteen minutes, i called the front desk to complain, saying we couldnt sleep because of the noise. Someone told us they would send someone down. I waited....yet nothing changed, so about twenty minutes later, ic alled the front desk again, and asked them when they were going to send someone down to ask these poeple to be quiet. This time the front desk seemd to be trying to make excuses, sayinmg

Well, honestly, I thought it was to good to be true. I just knew @ check-out there would be a suprise on our room bill, ya know we forgot to ad this or you had the special pkg.
Everything is legit and we had a wonderful stay. Let's try to keep this deal between us, haha.
My evaluation of the location is based on the fact we rode our bicycles to the boardwalk and casino's. We found the bike route to be a little hazardous and we made the mistake of riding back to the room in the dark. You probably should'nt do this..

i was pleasantly surprised at the hotel i stayed at. our room looked over the bay and we watched the birds dive for fish. the room had two beautiful windows that overlooked all of the bay, and even had a beautiful view of the casinos.
the staff at the hotel was curteous and very helpful. in the morning, the hotel had a breakfast set up for the customers. they had an abundance of things to eat, bagels with butter or cream cheese, all different kinds of juices, all different kinds of cereal, about 5 or 6 different kinds of pastries. we also had our pick of tea or coffee. if the weather was warmer,
it was the end of april, we could have sat outside and looked out over the bay and ate our breafast. we were doing a trade show in the convention center,and when we came back to our hotel room, everything was so nice and clean,not a bit of dust or dirt to be seen.
the bed was very comfortable, i and my husband have problems with our back,
and if the bed is too soft or too hard , we would be in pain in the morning.
but we woke up refreshed and ready to go.
i would definetely reccommend this hotel to all our buisness associtates and friends.

The elevator was nice to be able to take to the 2nd floor, the breakfast was just enough to hit the spot,they did offer a hot breakfast at an additional cost if you wanted it, the continental breakfast was free, the rooms were very clean , staff was friendly, the price was very reasonable, easy to get to AC action too!!! nice covered area outside the lobby to unload and check in, plenty of parking. Our teens were comfortable staying,they do have a nice balcony over looking the lobby area inside, nice area to read the paper, they have a great view onto the bay area from the breakfast room.
