The value of the hotel was good. The rooms was dirty, had mildew in the bathroom, windows and vents were rusty. There is a considerable difference in old and dirty. I can accept old but not dirty. We couldn't walk barefoot on the carpet because it was filthy. This hotel has a great location to the beach, but nothing for the young teens to do. Turn one of your smaller meeting rooms into a game room for young teens.

The hotel room's were not appealing at ALL for what I paid for.The walls were all mark up, the ceiling tiles and runners were dirty and rusted.The beds sheets were kind of yellow.I expected a lot more from a Casino. Check-in time was suppose to be 1-2pm but we were told that our room would not be ready until 4:30pm. We just drove 6 hours to get to Atlantic City. What a disappointment. Never again

I thought the new part of the hotel was very nice.The old section needs to be updated,looks
like it's still in the 60's.The location was excellent. But was upset that the buffet was closed on Thursday and Friday,found it difficult to find a place for breakfast, had to go to the Taj Mahal for the breakfast buffet..The casino was very large and clean.Lots of money machines but only one place to cash in chips.

Great July 4th Getaway for excellent price. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly. Only downfall its far down the boardwalk not near anything spectacular. The casino also has a fun club boogie nights that I would recommend for anyone looking for a dance club with 70s and 80s music. The food was also very good in this hotel. One downfall is that there is no Starbucks or good coffee shop. Other than that I would say great value and will stay again

We made our reservation at the last minute on 4th of July weekend and thought for sure we would probably get a terrible room in the Ocean Tower from the reviews on Atlantic City.com. We were surprised that the room was as nice as it was. We had a king size bed and two bathrooms which was nice. The room was very clean, however; the view of the air conditioners was not what we would have liked. The lobby and casinos were typical. We felt the location was a little to far uptown and a long walk on the boardwalk,but we enjoyed our stay. Considering all factors the money spent was a good value.

Nice hotel for the money @ $63/night.
good boardwalk location.
Stayed in the ocean tower that needs a little update but was clean.
Kids had plenty to do at the Steel Pier located right outside the hotel.
The kids played on the beach but the water was cold so we try to get more time at the pool.
Did not understand why the pool was closing at 6 pm,I wish that was extended to 9-10pm.
overall was a nice trip.

Horrible, we will never stay at this hotel again. The interns said the room were updated and they were old and outdated. In the bathroom the mirror and sink were cracked. No blow dryer in the bathroom, which I didn't bring mine. Nail polish on the tub, old rippled table. The view was the worst. Each view was overlooking the ugly old roof. If we weren't so tired from the ride, we would have gone to another hotel. We were very disappointed and this visit was for a special occasion. We have been to several hotels in AC and this is by far the worst. We didn't even eat or gamble in it and will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Resorts hotel was very nice. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay there again. It was in a very good location on the boardwalk. I saw the Cirque show that was at the Tahj Mahl. It was easy and very convenient stay in the resorts. There is a indoor walk way that connects both buildings. It was a pleasure staying in the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. My husband and I had a great time.

Everything was fine. Being something of a critic of life I am not shy when it comes to complaining.
Staff,service and surroundings were four star.

I do wish smoking was prohibited at the entrance of the casinos

I loved the boardwalk,next time that I come I am going to bring my bicycle. It has been 10 yrs. since I was last in Atlantic City and everything seems cleaner and well organized. The old city charm is also a big plus.

My husband and I had stayed at this hotel a few years ago for my 21st birthday, this time we had a bigger room. It rained most of our vacation so we were stuck in it a lot. We had a great experience, the hotel workers were very friendly. With this hotel being on the boardwalk we could walk everywhere we needed to go, and with how high gas prices are it saved us a little bit of money. The price was very affordable, we plan on visiting resorts again.

We got a great rate ($63) at the hotel mid-week. It was clean, spacious, and a huge bathroom! People were friendly and we got a great view of the ocean. Nice pool area. The only thing is that you have to pay $15 to use the fitness center each time for each person. That was a disappointment. The hotel had easy access to the boardwalk. We went for a few days just to get away, and it was definitely a deal for $63 per night!

We were very impressed with our room. It was roomy, and beautifully decorated. All the comforts of home, including, an iron, the board, a small refrigerator, big TV. The bathroom was impressive. I have never seen a bathroom like this one. His and her sinks, a huge shower, a private toilet area.... it was totally awesome.
The only negative thing, we were in a non smoking room, but my pillows smelled like smoke.
But the room, the casino, the staff were the best. Definitely will be back. Maybe in August, for Bill Engvall. Thanks so much.

We were very pleased with our accommodations at the Resorts Atlantic City Casino Hotel. Staff at the front desks were very helpful and kind. The hotel also had shops that I could go get incidentals and gifts for family. The price of the rooms was unbelievable! Where can you go on a great vacation and only spend $55.00 per night?! We have only great things to say about this hotel and I would highly recommend anyone to stay with you as your guests. Thank you for a great couple of days!

This was my first time to Atlantic city, and it will not be my last! I thought the hotel was great! The room was huge, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice,clean and big. The pool was big with a beautiful view of the ocean. The price we paid for the room was very cheep! I didn't expect the room to be so nice for the price I paid! The only thing that was disappointing was the buffet at the hotel was closed for the week. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It was great!
