We fell in love with this place. Our room was wonderful and everyone was very pleasant. The restaurants were excellent top class. The casino has a wide selection of games and were alot of fun. This hotel was very clean and beautiful. The decor was perfect and we were very impressed with the marble floors and the beauty of the entire building. The rates are very reasonable for all the elegance this hotel has to offer. I give it straight 5's.

This hotel's service was lacking. We originally booked for 1 night and tried to extend another night. It took us almost 11 phone calls to do this, and no one seemed remotely happy to help us. We were transferred to the marketing department, front desk, reservations...etc. We had to call about 7 times in order to even book the room for the next night to stay a night longer. It seemed it was an inconvenience for us to give them another night of business. Front desk was borderline rude. They ran out of parking transfers and didn't help us at all. Instead of offering us options, they basically said "We Can't help you. We ran out of slips." They then turned away and didn't offer any more help on the matter. So, basically we spent a lot more money on parking at one of their sister casinos because the front desk couldn't give a slip they ran out of. Didn't seem they appreciated our business too much. It seemed to me that a hotel would be happy to accommodate their customers and appreciate if they want to extend their stay...but this hotel seemed bothered by it and was not willing to help out at all. I am in a customer service profession, and I would never treat my customers this way. So in all, the service was poor, but the hotel was clean and our room was actually quite spacious. The casino is pretty small, but comfortable and not too intimidating. All in all, the hotel was decent but the service is severely lacking. If the service would have been great, then I would have definitely raved about this hotel to my friends. I am going back to A.C. in 4 weeks with some friends and am not sure if I would recommend this hotel because of the poor service we received...even though I really did enjoy the hotel itself and it's location. It is a shame!

I had a great time here! Food was good and the rooms were great!! The employees were very helpful and informant. Had a blast in the casinos, very clean, and fun!! Big plus was how easy it was to get to the different casinos. Pool was clean and relaxing. My wife loved the spa, she said "I was treated like a queen!" overall had a great time at the hotel outstanding food, fun things to do, and the rooms were very private!

I was there for a special get away from the kids and relax with my man. The rooms were a bit drab. The rooms were out dated. Room service was a bit pricey for what you were buying.Got woke up each morning by screaming children in the hallway. Really !! Also put do not disturb sign out, yet house keeping woke us up around 9 am. Then came the screaming kids.
Might go back, but just to gamble not for special event like I did.

This trip was a compulsive decision. We had been visiting family in Virginia and decided to travel through New Jersey for our return trip to Upstate New York. Staying at a hotel that was connected to a boardwalk casino so we could go back to our room to relax whenever we were tired. This proved to be a nice break for both my husband and I as we both work high stress jobs and this was a nice way of spending time together, away from phones and distractions.

We went to Resorts for a family vacation. It was a nice relaxing time away. My 14 year old daughter had a good time. She could get to the boardwalk without one of us walking with her.At some of the other casinos that is not an option. I would stay here again the room was very clean. The staff was very nice and willing to handle any of our needs. We ate at Breadsticks that was also very nice and they had great food.You should stay here!

Enjoyed the amenities at the hotel. Did NOT like REQUIREMENTS for use of fitness center. Great room service reasonable prices, great portion sizes. Rooms were very nice, very spacious. Features in Casino were good the restaurants inside the hotel were good, had a wide variety. The pool is very nice, I enjoyed the size of the pool and the size of the hot tub. The bathrooms are very nicely put together, enjoyed the fact that toilet had its own separate door. Overall a good resort to stay at if you don't need to use the fitness center

Our stay was very comfortable every body was so
nice.Even though the Resorts was one of the first
hotels on the boardwalk it still maintains clean
and fresh the rooms were very clean and spacey.
There were great places in the hotel to shop and
the food was great! Eat breakfast at Breadsticks
the food was reasonable and good.Overall our stay
was very very good and we would recommend

This hotel was a great time. I was there with Danny Bonaduce opening the new Boogie Nights night club and I must say that this hotel was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and the room was well kept and equipped. It contained a mini refrigerator, which is something I have yet to see while staying at other rooms in Atlantic City and the surrounding area. The Resorts hotel will definitely be amongst the places that I will recommend for both friends and family to stay at while in Atlantic City

I had a great time. The room was great, I even had to make a last minute change, but the staff handled it very well. I enjoyed the casino, two dealers in particular were very friendly, helpful, and fun. Every employee that I encountered was pleasant, which is a change from most AC casinos. I wanted to acknowledge the 2 dealers. They were both at the Let-It-Ride table on Monday 3/25. I do not know their last names, but their first names were George ( during the day), and Rob (a craps dealer who was there overnight). While I didn't win, they made it almost painless to lose. In general,the hotel is O.K. But I must say that the service of the waitress at the casino was very very slow. Something else that bothered me was the food.The buffet was supposed to be open 24 hours but when I was there some of the foods were not accessible... and ,if I am at it the hamburger I had at one of the restaurants wasn't what I expect from such a hotel. they charge for internet use when they know it isn't so efficient.

It was a very pleasant stay for all my family with 2 kids 18 and 7. During the winter this place was amazingly sole warming. Very nice ocean view, dining, entertainment including shopping with all that winter sales. Kids enjoyed the pool with a very warm water and nice services. Casino wasn't so giddy like in the summer time. We even got some money that made our stay even more enjoyable (just kidding). For the next year we will visit this place again. Although we were surprised by internet connections fee, usually it is free for all hotels/motels where we were staying.

It was perfect! I enjoyed my stay, didn't :( win at the casino but overall I would visit the hotel over, again and again. I received a great deal/price for my room and it was worth every penny. Thanks again for making my stay in Atlantic city an enjoyable one.

Great pictures and lots of fun, lots of tourist places to visit oh yeah and i got an opportunity to visit the 4040 club, which is owned by jay-z and a great place to party if your in town!

Impressive, large, roomy-slight problem so when reported, got moved to another room-no questions asked. First room huge, nice sitting area, next room did not. Bathrooms-huge, almost as big as some rooms, double sink, separated toilet and shower as well as vanity for make-up. Valet took luggage to rooms so did not have to drag ourselves, mid-week/winter so some restaurants/shows not available, connected to other hotels so nice to visit without going out in cold.
