I was very surprised with our room for the price we paid. It was very spacious and very clean!!! The front desk was not so nice, as we tried to check in and let them know we were here around 11 a.m. to ensure that we got the room we requested with a king size bed but they would not allow us to even do that until 1 p.m. Also it took a longer to check in after 1 p.m. and they only had three people checking guests in. They could have used more staff and they could have been a little friendlier. If you can stay in the Rendezvous Tower, it's newer and nicer. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

I just got home from a relaxing 2 night stay at your hotel. Your employees were very friendly and always smiling and willing to help. The pool was a great bonus for the kids while we hit the casinos. The check in was simple and the rooms were excellent and always clean. The beach access was directly located across the boardwalk which was also wonderful for the family. My wife and I finally got away so we could enjoy ourselves. It has been two years since we were at Atlantic City and what a big difference we noticed. The boardwalk was clean, the stores on the boardwalk didn't give the appearance of a weekend flea market, and the outlet stores were up and running.
The Casinos I found to be not as crowded as I had expected. I guess the recession is the cause of it.
We stood at the Resorts Casino Hotel. The room was more than what we expected. The only thing that disappointed us was that there was no coffee maker or microwave.
I would truly recommend this hotel to anyone who might be considering a stay at Atlantic City.

We found the hotel to be a pleasant surprise for the price we paid. It was very clean, and staff were friendly and helpful. We had one small problem with the faucet in our shower, which was fixed within the hour. The bathroom was top-notch and large enough for 4 people at a time. The Resorts is close enough to other casinos, enabling us to walk to many of the surrounding attractions. The only negative, in my opinion, is the valet parking, which we used, is not in the covered parking deck (a concern with the salt air). That being said, I would recommend the Resorts to anyone.

When we arrived at the hotel there was a huge line of people checking in. The bell staff was overwhelmed. My wife had an oxygen concentrator delivered to the hotel. The bell staff said it would be 1/2 to 1 hour to get it up to the room.This was at 6:00pm. When we got back to the room at midnight we had to make a third phone call before the machine was delivered. The next morning my wife made a phone call from her cell phone and mistakenly left the cell phone on the desk. When we got back to the room the phone was gone. The one good thing I can say is the security was very sympathetic.

The room was neat and clean when we checked in. The bathroom was absolutely spotless and there was enough room that we didn't bump into each other while doing our morning things. I was also really nice that the commode was behind a separate door, while still in the same bathroom. We were really pleasantly surprised at the beautiful furniture in the room. The king sized bed was comfortable and nicely made. There was also a table, 2 chairs and and easy chair with an ottoman. It made it so nice to come back up to the room to relax when you needed a break from the casino floor.

This was a getaway for my husband and I,our very first with just the 2 of us for our 24th anniversary and I could not of asked for a better trip.The hotel was very nice ,I really do not understand any of the negative reviews.Our room was in the ocean tower but was extremely nice,the bed was really comfortable the bathroom was nice and it had a huge closet.Nice flat screen TV.Our room was clean and not really outdated like some of the other reviews have stated.This hotel was a very good deal for the price and I would definitely stay again.

Stayed at the Resorts last July.Our Monday and Tuesday night stay was really great.We had a very nice room.There were live shows in the theatre every night.Everything seemed to be open and busy.This year our stay was okay.Our room was clean but seemed to be outdated and worn.There weren't any shows and it looked like everything was shutdown.When we walked the Boardwalk it seemed as busy as last year.When I return to Atlantic City in the future I will stay at a different hotel.

The reason I loved this hotel so much was because my girlfriend felt like we were in the best suite in the hotel. That I paid an arm and a leg for the room, which was actually very affordable. The hotel location was very good for us because we could park our car in the hotel and walk around. I didn't gamble but I walked around the casino and it was nice maybe not the best I saw the weekend but it was a very nice hotel.

The hotel was nice, our room was very large and the bathroom was huge. We stayed in the Rendezvous Tower and had an excellent view of the Boardwalk, however some of the local buildings were a little less flattering. We had no problems with check-in or check-out and this was our only experience with casinos however we had some fun there. We ate at the burger joint within the hotel and were unimpressed with the food quality for the price we payed. Overall we had a good time there though and would consider staying here again if we ever visit AC in the future.

My stay at the resort was great! My sister and I came 2 Atlantic city 4 a vacation and had a great time. We loved our rooms, the turn down services was on point. The pool was beautiful! I liked the service of the employees very polite. All together it was a great stay. I feel the location is great, the amusement park is rite in front of the hotel. A great place 2 take the kids for a lil fun and rides. Also great restaurant within steps of the hotel.

The hotel is showing its "age" and needs some updating. The carpet in our room had burns in it, the table needed to be replaced. However, the bed was comfortable and looked lovely when we walked in. The bathroom was okay. I used the spa and once again that needs an up lift. The hot tub wasn't working. The banquet needs to stay open later than 7:00 we had to rush thru our dinner but it was very good. We visited the Resorts because that's were one of our parents also stayed in their young days. It was nice,but we will probably stay somewhere else next time.

We were extremely dissatisfied with the hotel cleanliness! The bathroom had missing light bulbs, dirty drip stains on the bathroom door, the back splash was missing and crumbled, as well as the plastic vanity tray in the bathroom was stained and dirty. The chairs in the room had very visible large stains, the drapery was stained, no extra blankets in the room (considering the fact that you no longer provide a bedspread). There was no blow dryer in the bathroom. Would never recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again.

The rooms at this hotel were really dirty with stains all over the carpet. In addition, the Casino was very dark and gloomy. I was with thirty plus people and most of our time was spent next door at the Trump Taj or one of the other hotels on the boardwalk. We did however enjoy eating at the burger restaurant which had great service and good food. We also enjoyed our time spent during the day at the pool with a great view of the beach and boardwalk below.
