The customer service there was on point. The security guards & other employee's there was real pleasant. I really enjoyed the ocean view. The room size was bigger than what me and my fiance expected. The food at the restaurants was savory. The only disadvantage was our stay at the Beach Ball. They didn't have great customer service. They served us our food & kept going the merry way. Overall I had enjoyed my stay at Atlantic City's first Casino.

Really happy with my stay. The new rooms are beautiful with luxurious baths. Great pool and spa. They have a nice variety of restaurants and room service menu. Check-in was easy and fast. Casino was fun. The location is on the boardwalk, close to beach and near other shops and restaurants.
I enjoyed my stay! This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and both times I wanted a place for a nice romantic getaway and this hotel was perfect both the times. I enjoyed my stay!

Clean, nice big room. The view wasn't amazing and the casino is not the best. But For the price that I paid, it was very worth it. I didn't go to the pool or spa. I tried the one restaurant that was open 24 / 7. We had one hamburger with fries and some buffalo chicken wings. It wasn't to expensive but the food wasn't great. It was in fact very dry. But one again, I still had a good time, and the price was very good.

The hotel was fine and clean. The staff was good. The site is far from the "happening" area of AC and some of the attractions nearby are closed on weekdays.
But overall, it was a great trip and clean hotel.
The pool is little old and needs some updating, but has a great view of the ocean right by the 3rd floor roof pool.
Check-in was easy and no problem.
We had a really great trip and will go again through Atlantic City hotels!

I realize that economic times are tough and everyone should be cutting back. The absence of people in your restaurants became evident to me when I compared the prices to the quality of food. SURELY you can make both more attractive!
Casino traffic was very light but I didn't notice table limits set to entice the minimal crowd. I can do better in my local casinos without having a 1000 mile drive to do it. Biloxi is closer and all around a better atmosphere.

My family and I had a great time there only only thing I say was bad was the clearness of the rooms I found used soap an bloody tissue in my shower an my sister found a shoe under her bed so that makes you wonder did they really changed the sheets or did they leave them because they didn't see any stains? but all in all we had a good time everyone was so nice an respectful I would love to go back

This trip was my first to Atlantic City, and it was interesting to say the least. The trip was a gift for me and my girlfriend and we went from Sunday through Wednesday. Overall the experience was OK at best. The room that we stayed in was a good size, but we got two beds rather than one and they were just a little bigger than a twin so that was a little disappointing. The bathroom was a little small and the carpet was stained in some spots. The hotel was nice, nice pool, good restaurants except for the little cafe. We wanted a couple breakfast sandwiches on our last day, so we ordered them and come to find out, they were frozen pre-made sandwiches that they just microwaved, a little disappointing. We did most of our gambling next door at the Trump Taj Mahal because of a promotion they had going on with slot dollars and the fact that they had a poker room and Resorts did not. Overall it was a good first experience and I learned a lot for if I ever go again. If you are looking for value, Resorts is a nice place to stay, but luxury is not their strong suit, at least in the ocean tower where we stayed. My recommendation would be to do some research and find out what the best fit for your trip would be.

Hotel was ok but too expensive for the room. A lot of hassle checking in and room not ready even upon check-in time. I would have had a better time if the hotel was less expensive or a better location. The area has been built up and there were some good places to go like the Irish Pub and Atlantic City Bar & Grill which had great food at a very reasonable rate. Enjoyed a concert of Yanni at the Atlantic City Boardwalk Hall which is a first and was great! Had great sounds and seating and people were terrific.

I really did not expect the room to be so nice.
The price was very reasonable. We had an extra adult and that only cost an extra $10. Some places charge $25. The bathroom was fantastic (it was nearly as big as my house). The hotel staff were all pleasant and responded to our needs (more towels) quickly. The boardwalk was just outside and even though it rained the entire time we were there, it was within walking distance of everything we wanted. My husband and I are hoping to go back when the weather is nicer so we can enjoy the beach and the boardwalk.

We reserved a cheaper room in the Ocean Tower, which is older, but were unexpectedly upgraded to the Rendezvous Tower. Our room was beautiful, and the bathroom suite was luxurious! In the bathroom, there was a counter with a close-up makeup mirror, a separate counter with two sinks, a huge shower and a separate room for the toilet. There was a refrigerator in the room, but no coffee maker. Internet access was $12 per day, via a wire next to the TV. Location was great - you can just step out onto the Boardwalk or walk a block west to catch the jitney to anywhere in AC. The pool was a heated, indoor/outdoor pool that is open year round, but it could use a renovation and longer hours - they close at 6pm. The reason I rated customer service a "3" was one encounter with a front desk staffer who was short with me *and* gave me incorrect information, but the other 5 or 6 staff people we dealt with during our stay were all very courteous and professional.

These last two criticisms probably apply to most casinos in AC: I just wish the casino were 100% non-smoking. They have separate smoking and non-smoking areas, but you smell the smoke as you walk around to the shops and other parts of the first floor. Also, I wish the casino were not so confusing so that you could easily find your way to the boardwalk, restaurants or the parking garage, but casinos are intentionally designed that way to make it difficult to leave.

The bath mat and the shower curtain were dirty. A tile was loose in the bathroom floor. One of the towels was dingy. There was a broken mirror in the bathroom. The ottoman had stains on it. The front desk person had a nasty attitude, when I called with a question. It was not courteous service. The refrigerator was extremely small for the room, It was one of little cube size with the minuscule freezers that you can't fit anything in.

I really wasn't sure what to expect, but the service was terrible...from the valet parking to checking into our rooms and then finding out information on where to go and how to pay for parking, people are just rude here at this hotel. The room itself was nice, old but nice. The location was convenient because it's right off the ocean. Because of the service we received, I would not recommend this hotel to others and will not stay here again in the future.

The bed was very very hard and uncomfortable. Yes the hotel room was spacious but the bed was low and very very hard and I repeat very hard. I didn't gamble in that casino but I wanted to in this hotel because I've never stayed there before. If you are going to gamble and don't plan to be in the room this is great for the price. If you are planning to just be in your room and relaxed in the bed then don't do it.
