From the beginning the stay was not looking good. Our check in took 45 minutes because they had only one person working. Then we finally got our room and when we walked into it, it was horrific. There was only a view overlooking the building next to us and the side of the Taj. The hotel was like staying at a motel and I will never stay in something low class like this hotel again. The casino was nice and the staff in the casino was very helpful and friendly.

Not happy with entire stay the room was old no view and very stuffy.Even when you used shower there was no ventilation so the entire room would fill up with steam when you opened door. you looked out a dirty window looking over the parking lot. The casino was also troublesome it had very loud music to the point it gave you a headache also you could not even sit at the machines without being bothered by beggers looking for a free handout. I watched this one guy do this for over a hour right in front of security and they did not do anything. We finally
went over to Taj much nicer experience.

The line to check in was long and only 2 people were helping the non-elite guests. Travelers who had checked in earlier to find their rooms not ready were encouraged to cut the line thus making the line stand still for new check-ins. After waiting 45 minutes to check in, I was told that I could not have the room with 2 double beds that I had requested and they would not give me another room. I walked into my room to find a carpet stained in numerous areas and peeling paint. The ceiling tiles were stained brown from leaks and there was peeling paint and mold in the vent. I immediately called this website for assistance. My service representative was wonderful and called the front desk in the hopes of cancelling my reservation and moving me to another hotel. Resorts refused but moved me to a somewhat cleaner room. This room still had stickers on the furniture from the last family who visited and peeling paint. There were fewer carpet stains but it was still disgusting. I will not visit this hotel again.

I was hit in the head in the bathroom and split my head open. I received poor medical advice from the nurse on duty at the hotel resulting in a larger scar on my head, they wouldn't even give me a bottle of water the next day to take aspirin, and my 10th anniversary was ruined. The Resorts hotel has not contacted me once to see if I am ok. The front desk person couldn't have been ruder if he tried. the view was of a wall of the building next to us.

We were extremely dissatisfied with the hotel cleanliness! The bathroom had missing light bulbs, dirty drip stains on the bathroom door, the back splash was missing and crumbled, as well as the plastic vanity tray in the bathroom was stained and dirty. The chairs in the room had very visible large stains, the drapery was stained, no extra blankets in the room (considering the fact that you no longer provide a bedspread). There was no blow dryer in the bathroom. Would never recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again.

Horrible, we will never stay at this hotel again. The interns said the room were updated and they were old and outdated. In the bathroom the mirror and sink were cracked. No blow dryer in the bathroom, which I didn't bring mine. Nail polish on the tub, old rippled table. The view was the worst. Each view was overlooking the ugly old roof. If we weren't so tired from the ride, we would have gone to another hotel. We were very disappointed and this visit was for a special occasion. We have been to several hotels in AC and this is by far the worst. We didn't even eat or gamble in it and will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I realize that economic times are tough and everyone should be cutting back. The absence of people in your restaurants became evident to me when I compared the prices to the quality of food. SURELY you can make both more attractive!
Casino traffic was very light but I didn't notice table limits set to entice the minimal crowd. I can do better in my local casinos without having a 1000 mile drive to do it. Biloxi is closer and all around a better atmosphere.

The bath mat and the shower curtain were dirty. A tile was loose in the bathroom floor. One of the towels was dingy. There was a broken mirror in the bathroom. The ottoman had stains on it. The front desk person had a nasty attitude, when I called with a question. It was not courteous service. The refrigerator was extremely small for the room, It was one of little cube size with the minuscule freezers that you can't fit anything in.

The lobby and exterior of the Resorts hotel is deceiving. They have spent all of their money on the exterior and the rooms are in dire need of repair. There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom has not been updated in at least 30 years. The hallways was dirty and there were cigarette butts ground into the floor. I would not recommend staying here. Spend a little extra money for a better place. I stayed here with two girl friends but everyone else was old and the hotel was cheesy.

The hotel is so badly in need of renovation that it's laughable. Perhaps the second, newer tower is in better shape, but the carpets, the plaster, the furniture -- everything in our rooms -- should have been thrown out or redone years ago. Resorts should be embarrassed to actually offer such shabby rooms to those it expects to gamble away money in their casino. Once bitten, twice shy, baby. I'll never stay there again. Even at the good rate we got, it was a rip off.

The phone was not working. They kept saying they will fix the phone and never did. I had to go to downstairs so many times to talk to the front desk. There were 2 women from valet parking in the front desk. There were not very friendly. I was not the only one complaining. No sign for do not disturb for the door. The tub had a big bubble. OMG the ceiling were so disgusting had alot of brown spots. My whole family were very disappointing. I was not happy at this hotel. I was looking forward this hotel, but I was not too happy about everything.

I found Resorts to be very old and it needs lots of updating. My room door was left open all day after it was cleaned in the morning. I wasn't too happy with that. The rugs, walls and doors all need replacing. The casino was average, but clean. Didn't like choice of restaurants and shops and disappointed there was no buffet breakfast. Valet parking was a great deal - only $5.00 for entire stay. Stayed at Resorts 4 years ago, but not sure I would stay here again.

This was a horror from the word GO! The first thing is that it took me 40 minutes just to check in. Then when I get to the front desk I asked them about the Show tickets I was suppose to receive and I was told that the show already ended.It started at 2 o'clock . What are you but you could not check in until 4pm. What are you suppose to do you can't check in so you can't receive the tickets. Then I was told that I could see the show the next day @ 7pm. That's no help because you have to check out by 12pm. You're suppose to sit around for another 6 hours and do what loose all your money I guess until you can go to see one show. Yeah Right! They did not offer me anything as compensation and I did ask and they said nothing they can do. Not even a coupon for breakfast. Unbelievable. The room was dingy and the bed was so hard I had to get up and sleep in the chair in the middle of the night because I could not endure the pain in my back. My new wife was in so much pain we had to just leave. This is not a place I would ever stay again!!

The Sports book was closed. The pool was closed. The buffet was closed. TV didn't work. The bathroom had rust on the ceiling. None of the above things were reported on the web. We had to go to another casino to eat and play. We have been to many casinos in Vegas and CT and have never had this problem. We have not been to Atlantic City in 10 years and do not plan to return. We will stay closer to home where we are treated better.
