My husband and I loved our visit and even though we are not big gamblers- we had the most fun at the Showboat's casino. It was nice to have the complimentary shuttle service that made it easy and fun to see some of the other casino's. I only regret not staying another day to see the Saturday night Mardi Gras celebration.
The staff at the casino were very friendly and helpful. The food at the Mansion cafe was good- we only wish that the other restaurants and the buffet area were open during our stay.

I originally picked Showboat because it was the cheapest hotel during weekday that I can find online among the other hotel with casino. My stay in Showboat turned out to be better than the other Hotel and Casino I stayed in the next night with my boyfriend, which I will not mention. The room in Showboat was much bigger, has higher ceiling, has more towels in the bathroom, has better shower, has brighter room, compared to the Hotel and Casino I stayed at the next night. The hotel and staff were great. The only problem I had was the restaurants were not all open. They only opened certain days and times and I thought when I booked it that there was an indoor pool. I guess this was my mistake since in did not ask about it. I really liked the fact that there was non smoking in the casinos. I think the buffet is a little pricey for what they have to offer. Some friends and I were here for the OAR concert at House of Blues. I thought the hotel had a great selection of restaurants and variety of food choices. The entertainment began right when we arrived -- there was a Mardi Gras parade by the check in desk. And later there was music by the escalators. The staff was always pleasant and quick to assist with any questions. I liked that checkout was not until noon--it gave us a chance to sleep in and not feel rushed in the morning. We could actually enjoy breakfast and some casino time before leaving for home. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful time for the 2 days I spent at the Showboat. My spouse had a good time at the enjoying the food at the restaurants. We also enjoyed the courteous service of the room service staff. The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly. We did some shopping in the area and found the local flavor in the vicinity of the hotels quite enjoyable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning in the near future.

We had a great time. It has been over 25 years since we were in Atlantic City, New Jersey. So many more hotels and casinos. It was fun to walk along the boardwalk and look at all the shops. Enjoyed the chair ride, everyone should take a ride. We visited in September. A great time to go, no crowds. Plenty of space to walk on the boardwalk and beach. Visited Lucy the Elephant and lighthouse. House of Blues had great food.

The Showboat was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was clean. The service was great. The people were very nice. I enjoyed myself and would do it again in a heart beat. The House of Blues has great food and entertainment. The casino is great with alot of fun slots and the tables are priced right. The canal street sandwich shop is priced right and the breakfast was hot and fast. Room service has a good selection with many priced just right and was served hot and on time. The room we had was in the Orleans tower and was large and well appointed. The one issue I had was the lack of restaurants being open. The Chophouse, Italian and buffet were not available while I was there this was a great disappointment. They need to add one or two buses to their shuttle service to cut down on the wait time

This was our first time to AC and we enjoyed the boardwalk, the beach and your food. We went for my daughter's 21st birthday and my other daughter's 18th birthday, we enjoyed our stay at the showboat and would stay again.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the only downfall would be the many, many times my daughter was carded even with the wrist band.

I will use this site again to reserve another great stay at the Showboat. Our check in was quick and the staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was in the North Tower on the 15th floor. The room was beautiful and spacious. We had a nice view of the other hotels down the boardwalk and a view of the ocean. We ate at House of Blues, the French Quarter Buffet and the Mansion Cafe. All were good. We used the free shuttle to the other resorts on the Total Rewards card which was a nice feature to have.

It was a very good experience both for me and for my boyfriend...we stayed at the Tropicana the night before we stayed at Showboat and the service was much better at Showboat then it was at Tropicana and also the rooms were much better...I will def. stay at showboat for the future....the service at front desk was great except for the man who was at the guest service desk...(I didn't think that he knew how to provide a good costumer service)...

I enjoyed my stay at the Showboat. The room was clean, I like the quaint feel of the hallways leading to the guest rooms. My only complaint is with the elevators. They were too slow in arriving at our floor and at one point I thought I was going to get stuck in one of them. Other than that I enjoyed myself. I especially liked the House of Blues and the shows. The check in was efficient and hassle free, thanks to my booking with you all. I would recommend this hotel to couples, I was there with my son celebrating his birthday. We enjoyed the hotel and Atlantic City.
