We were finally checked in at 2:30pm, all we could see out the window was the new tower next to us no more ocean view. The young children in the room next to us started screaming at 2:30am and the parents were obviously drunk. They segregate smokers to certain areas of the hotel and I think the same should be done to people with small children so they can all enjoy the noise theirs and everybody else's kids make. My wife gambles but I was there simply to relax and enjoy what I thought was going to be a nice ocean view from our window; I got neither. Not only will we never stay at the Taj Mahal again but we will not return to Atlantic City. It's just not worth it.

I just have to say my girlfriend and i had a great time at Trump Taj Mahal. The people and employees were very nice and kind. The rooms and the resturants were fine to. there is alot of space to move around in the casinos and rooms.my weekend there was a great time.even the room where the comedian Jeff Duhman was it was a big area and room to move. I would recommend these rooms to everyone that ask me about Trump Taj Mahal.

Service was lousy. Was not helpful in getting us around the place, which is huge. Rooms were awesome with a great view, but once you check in you are basically on your own. We had to call 3 times to get our bathroom toilet fixed, and to get our room cleaned was too late in the day. Too expensive for the service we received. We enjoyed our stay but felt we payed too much for the service we received. I probably would not stay there next time.

The morning of checkout we felt a bit rushed. I don't remember the exact time for check out but it's somewhere around 11/12:00. Around 9 am, my husband and I packed up our items and set our bags at the end of the bed. We went down to have breakfast and had planned to return to the room and clean up before we started our trip home. Unfortunately, when we returned the room was already being cleaned. As a matter of fact, the beds and bath were completely stripped, the beds remade, and the bathroom was being cleaned when we returned. Yet our bags were still there in the center of the room.

It was a birthday surprise for my girlfriend. We stayed in the chairman towers and it was everything I thought it would be. The view was outstanding, the pool was gorgeous and relaxing and the service was incredible. We had the Steel Pier right outside, the beautiful beach and the awesome restaurants all over in walking distance. Definitely a perfect getaway spot. We're already planning our next trip and it's definitely going to be at the Trump Taj Mahal.

Very pleasant staff, great location. Bars convenient and not too pricey. Overall very happy with stay. Hotel accommodations very satisfying, quiet environment. Boardwalk accessibility a great benefit. One recommendation would be to make it a bit easier to get to the rooms, difficult from main desk especially when staying at new towers. Too many smoking areas in the casino. Would be nice to have a late check-out time for those that like to spend extra time in AC when leaving.

The highlight of my stay was the beautiful room and the beach. Other then that it wasn't what I was expecting from such a renowned hotel. The casino was one of the biggest disappointments. The numbers of places to eat are very limited, not to mention everything there I would classify as junk food, very poor fine dinning. I found myself leaving to go to other casinos for gambling and dinning. My recommendation would be not to stay here. There are many other great hotel casinos that I enjoyed like the Borgata gets A in my book.

I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay overnight just enjoying something special or even for a longer stay. I stayed overnight and I enjoyed myself. The buffet was great as was the Asian restaurant. The Walk was just a Jitney ride away and very convenient. The boardwalk and beach was right there. The boardwalk is an enjoyable and relaxing experience. My cousin and I thoroughly enjoyed the shopping and then we hid the casino for 2 hours. I would stay here again with family or friends.

We enjoyed our brief stay. The check in line was very long but staff assistance moved the line fairly quickly. The room was comfortable and clean.
The staff was very nice and accommodating. We would stay here again. We chose the hotel because we visited late last year and we were impressed with the hotel when we stopped by it during our visit. We stayed at the Trump Plaza during that visit and found the room to be dirty and not up to standards.

When we arrived we did not get the waterfront view we had asked for. However the front desk was quick to apologize and change our room. We had a great stay, the room was clean and comfortable with a decent view. However the construction of a newer hotel blocked the waterfront view. The food was also not up to par with such a high class hotel. There should have been better facilities for the children while the adults went to the casino. Other than these minor problems I would stay there again.

Both my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Trump Taj Mahal...The decor of the room was simple but elegant, the only thing missing was a jacuzzi. The view from the room was magnificent.. We have already started making plans to come back to Atlantic City and we will be staying at the Taj Mahal again.. We didn't have blankets in our room but we called the desk and they promptly brought it right up...The casino employees were very professional and helpful..Overall great stay!

Upon arrival the check in clerk was very sweet and polite. Once my husband and I went up to our room in the Chairman tower, we noticed that the bathroom was FILTHY with the phrase Happy Birthday written on the shower wall with like soap scum. So I then went down to the front desk to tell them about our experience. They apologized and moved us to a new room, in which this room had a HORRIBLE ODOR... Once again we went down to let the front desk know and they moved us for a third time. This room was a little better, but not what we expected. With that said, I found this to be a horrible experience and would NEVER stay again...

We had a great time! My wife doesn't gamble but she found plenty to do. We shopped at the discount store, found some real bargains! The heated indoor pool was clean and bright. The service in the pool / spa area was great. The attendants were cheerful and helpful. The morning walks on the beach were enjoyable. The beach was not crowded and they were clean and well kept. We even had time to ride bicycles for and hour on the last day of our stay.
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, in fact were are planning to talk the kids and grandkids there in September.

I had a great time and would go back again. Took my husband and my friend to stay here, and they both enjoyed the hotel. We all ate at the hotel and were happy with the service.
