I was very pleased with this hotel. My baby and I stayed at the chairman tower for his 30th birthday and it was just wonderful; even better than we expected. The hotel was elegant and so upscale; perfect to celebrate your 30th birthday. The design of the room and comfort of the bed was just what we needed to have a nice relaxing romantic weekend. There was so much to do and a great buffet to eat at also. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel was excellent. The hotel did not have my room ready when I got there so the hotel upgraded me to the chairman suites. The room was beautiful, it had gorgeous bathrooms, and fantastic view of the water and boardwalk. The beds were very comfortable. I had a great time in the casino. The resturants were fantastic and affordable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is heading to Atlantic City. I would return to this hotel in a minute.

We had a very relaxing time while at the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Would definitely recommend to others. They offer a variety of restaurants to choose from, and the staff was very knowledgeable. Anything you might need is close by. The view of the ocean from the room was fantastic and made for a good view over breakfast. Stores can be very pricey but that would be my only negativity, but you get that from every hotel down there.

The hotel was amazing. We very much enjoyed the entertainment, casinos, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. We will definitely come again.
We were disappointed with check in. We were routed to 3 different representatives to get checked in. They weren't very friendly. We were impressed with the girl that handled our check out-we wish we had spoken to her during check in. She seemed to genuinely care about our experience and offered the Trump rewards card. We knew nothing about this program-it should have been offered at check in. We were on our way out, so we did not join the program-we would have had we known in the beginning.

Very disappointing with check in. Our check in person was not helpful at all. Was our first visit she offered absolutely no assistance. The young man offering assistance to the couple next to us was asking what floor would you like, would you like ocean front or view if available all kinds of helpful information . This did not set a very good tone for a 2 day stay. We felt stuck or had. Confusing arrival with no or limited directions. Hotel was beautiful. Rooms were not as depicted in photos. Had to pay for parking . That was wrong just plain wrong. Everything was to commercial. I know money is everything? Right. There were many people there our age and most had a lost look about them. Interesting visit. Thank you.

Our room was beautiful and clean. we had everything at our fingertips, i.e. coffee pot, refrigerator, coffee, etc. Excellent!!!!! We were impressed by the convenience of the elevators and escalators, they saved much walking. The casino had many kiosk so we didn't have to walk around looking for them and the ATM"s were also within easy reach. I will definitely recommend The Trump Taj Mahal to all my friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay to your whole friendly staff.

The hotel was a very good choice. We thoroughly enjoyed the room and the location. There were some interesting shops and the restaurants we selected had very good good. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed the Health Club. So much equipment and the amenities were excellent. The cost was pretty reasonable as well. We will definitely stay there again. This was our first time but it most certainly will not be our last time. The hotel room was extremely well appointed and relaxing.

I liked the stay and the room had a great view of the city but would've preferred a view of the ocean. The room was great, very clean and up to date with things you that you need in a room just to stay in. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. We would have liked a better ocean view. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing and the help was very accommodating and helpful. My husband and I had a great dinner at the Il Mulino restaurant and I would recommend it to anyone who stays at the Taj. We had fun playing the slots and was grateful for the large non-smoking area. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to my family and friends.

The Taj was a great place to stay for a night away!The value was awesome and the hotel has great restaurants and bars. It really is a great place to go and have fun. The only negative feedback I have is that late at night my best friend and I went to use the ladies room and found homeless people sleeping in the bathroom. It really made us feel uncomfortable. Other than that the hotel was great and we plan on staying there again.

The room was less than I expected. Attempting to get information on eating places outside the Taj was very hard. Assistance on the Casino floor was almost non-existent. For $402 per night I guess I expected maybe a bottle of water in the room. Directions from the self-park to the Lobby is poor and if you have more than one bag like we did it was very difficult to navigate down the narrow escalator to the restaurant floor and then to the lobby floor. Perhaps you could indicate to persons driving in that they first go to the lobby and then go back and park their car in the self parking.

We came to Atlantic City to just get away from everything at home. We ended up spending a lot of money but all together it was well worth it. We had dinner at the Hard Rock Café and it was enjoyable. It was also nice that if we wanted to check out other casinos there was a couple right next door and we didn’t have to go far. The room was great we had a nice view of the ocean. The bathroom was amazing. So I guess all together we had a great time and would do it again anytime. Thank you.

We were expecting to have the ocean view since we wanted to repeat our experience one more time at Atlantic City. Reservation was made through Internet and defined the necessary request. Our room was on the side of the building and construction area was not a pleasure view. Probably we will be choosing the different alternative hotel at the same price range and better expectations. Food was satisfactory. Casino well organized. many choices keep visitors happy. It is nice to spent time and enjoy the atmosphere.
