My husband and I were very pleased with the accommodations. The hotel is well situated and has easy access. The check-in lines were a little long and it took about 40 minutes to check in. It was probably because of the show. I would not have any problems recommending this hotel to other and I would stay again without hesitation. The personnel was courteous and ready to help. I had a very good experience and would do it again. Thank you

We went with some friends at the Verti Greek Concert in Taj Mahal. Parking was included, we just gave our room number in the entrance. Rooms were beyond expectation, clean and with a nice view! the only thing that bothered us was a big stain on the cover of one of the bed from god knows what, but we threw them away. We had to call twice the housekeeping to bring us an iron.
Overall really good experience and we would do it again!

If you do not gamble this establishment does not have a lot to do. The new tower is very nice but is a long way from the main facility. Beyond the property you must drive to everything as it is uptown. The better area for walking etc is midtown and downtown. We found the staff to be very nonchalant particularly in the restaurants. The restaurants need some chain management in order to make the dining experience better. For the size of the facility the newspaper shop is very poor and the television access is great if you want to watch hotel promos. We have been traveling and generally enjoy a free internet hookup (12.95 is a bit healthy as everyone else is free). Our overall experience is that we would not go back to Atlantic City.

The front desk was so busy and people just jumped the line. Overall the hotel is nice and good for the price as we stayed there is October. The price for the buffet was a bit high considering the fact that I'm on a diet and really did not need to pay that much for a little food ;-)... Know what I mean? Ended up eating the soup downstairs at the Chinese place. The rooms are really great! Will stay again

I felt that the design of the hotel was very unique.Loved the Chairman Tower, me and my fiance' will definitely be returning to the Taj Mahal in the near future. Just one problem I had was the room service, My fiance' and I had ordered room service, the pricing was reasonable, just when we had received our food it was a little bit on the cold side, other then that; the stay at the Taj Mahal was great.

I wanted a place different to celebrate my anniversary. I chose the Taj Mahal know the reviews that I got from others, as I got to the hotel it was breath taking until I got to the front desk where the clerk pretty much walked away and I thought that it was rather rude, As I approach the next clerks she spoke rather loudly so that the next person on line might of heard her, I can assure you that I'm not deaf but a very easy going person. I am rather shocked and applaud of how racist the security guards were several guest included my husband and I were heading back to our rooms and the security guard chose to stop us being that were black to ask us for our room keys being that he had just seen us passed 5mins earlier, I can't believe that would come from a place like that that gets great reviews......I'm very hurt and disappointed and probably won't be visiting that hotel anytime soon.....

I love to play live poker and there is plenty of it, even on weekdays. The dealers are excellent and keep a tight reign on any rule infraction.
We used room service twice and were very satisfied with the quality of the food and amount of time to receive it.
We liked the thermal blanket. I is warm and very light weight. The room has a card to leave on the door, spruce up or spruce up later. This is an excellent idea.
We do have two minor complaints. There was a food eatery, B& G, I believe. The counter person was extremely rude. My wife notified security and the manager did call our room and apologize and say he would take care of it.
The other was check-in. We reserved a smoking room and one that faced the ocean. The check in person said that this was not guarantied. This was upsetting, because you know how smokers are. It was also unnecessary, as there were plenty available during the week.
Overall our stay was very good, and we will return.

The Taj Mahal overall is pretty good if not one of my favorite casino its clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with our room's key card on this trip. The key card would not open the room door even security tried it. We had to change key card twice, but did receive two complimentary food coupons for our troubles. Overall our stay was enjoyable, we would stay there on next trip to Atlantic City. Plus the slots are always good to me at this casino.

The hotel appeared to be quite unfriendly. This property was very expensive compared to comparable or better casino and hotels in Las Vegas. Payment for valet parking as a hotel guest is unreasonable and not in keeping with all other casinos that I've visited domestically as well as internationally. The much tauted "Chairman's tower" was only compatible to average rooms in other casino/hotels that I've visited. The bathroom had only a shower without a bath tub. The casino staff is also very unfriendly. The rewards offerings are quite misleading and add lead little or no value to the visit. The food that we tried was of fair quality at the best. The neighborhood appeared to be very unsafe and looked blighted. The hotel and casino clientele appeared to be quite unsavory in terms of behavior as well as appearance. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing and if the remainder of Atlantic City is similar in nature than I am happy to say that this was my first and last trip there!

Our stay was wonderful. Room was great! Have stayed at Taj Mahal many times before. First time spa users this time. Was a great experience. Even was lucky at the poker machines and slots this time! Had a great time and weather was super! Ate at the hotel each meal and was really great. People were very friendly and helpful. Was pleased to see the amount of security here. Loved the Taj Mahal great clean roomy room great view of the beach casino was clean and smoke free my husband and I spent two nights we enjoyed every minute didn't want to leave next visit I 'd like to bring my children along. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary had a great time restaurant was amazing even the free drinks were great at the casino very nice people very helpful in directing us with directions and I would definitely go back again.

The Hotel and facilities were great especially the indoor pool. The location on the Boardwalk was tremendous. There was a great variety of restaurants to choose from and I liked the fact that the casino had a poker room. I would however like to see more non-smoking areas in the casino. The staff was friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any requests. I would like to see more options for breakfast. Also I was not able to connect to the internet with my laptop, apparently a problem with WiFi. Overall I had a great time there.

We were put in the new Chairman’s Tower, of course it is awesome everything is brand new. The room design is very retro with a modern combination of earth tones. Flat screen TV, a small fridge, and lots of space with a great view of the ocean. The bathroom is the size of a small room; the safe is tucked half-way up the closet wall. Very nice ,but there is a big problem ,smoking ,must go ,not nice or good for non smokers,another thing is the buffet restaurant ,the food seams to me, any way that is been recycle to many times ,like the same food serve for more than one day,my opinion is that you need to cook what you are going to use and no more,it will bring customers back I mean that for the price 25 for lunch and dinner or 14 for breakfast,you ask me ,and I know that you have other restaurants but when you have a baby is hard to go others place,but it was good over all,thank you.
