We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The only problem we has was finding our room. The hotel staff were very accommodating. Our room was great and the view was awesome. I would recommend your hotel to all my friends and family. The weather was great while we were there. We are already planning our next trip down there. The only thing we missed was the coins not coming out of the slot machines. I guess things have changed since the last time I was there.

Good place to stay if you are looking to get away with friends for a few days - although check-in & check out was very slow - stood in line forever - 1.2 hours check in and 45 minutes to check out so be prepared to wait. I checked out at 6:30 AM and there was only one person at the counter and she was extremely slow. For check in the line was very long. Once I got to the counter check is was fairly quick

The room was very nice and clean. My teenage kids went to the Imax Theater and enjoyed very much. It was very easy to check in. Employees were very helpful when I would loose my way through the casino. Also by reserving this room online I received two free coffees from Starbucks and Two pastries which I thought was a very nice jester. I would definitely recommend your casino hotel to my friends and family. You can walk right out to the boardwalk and onto the beach.

The Hotel was extraordinary. I felt in love with the Quarter. The quarter has many different restaurants to eat. We were going to eat at Carmine's but the waiting time was about two hours, so we ended up eating at P. F. Changs. The service there was great. We loved the food and we definitely enjoyed the cocktails. Also we attended a comic show at the Quarter. We had such an incredible night of laughs and fun. I truly recommend this hotel to anybody I care for.

Ice maker did not work, call to fix, got fixed 2 days later and broke again, didn't receive pillow when asked said they don't have no more receive only one blanket, water did not drain good in sink and shower. Tried the Buffet at Taj Mahal, Caesars, The Quarter and Tropicana. Tropicana buffet was the worst food and the most expensive I don't know why. The show was OK. cleaning ladies did a great job. Like the idea that Hooters is open 'till 1 Am

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the room was! I felt like we were in a suite! I couldn't say enough about how great the experience was! The housekeeper was a sweetheart, the toiletries were super nice, and the cleanliness was spotless. The price was right too which will keep me coming back time and time again! I have stayed at plenty of the boardwalk hotels and I never ever will stay at another besides Tropicana! It was that nice!

The service was not accommodating, managers were not understanding of the families need. We needed adjoining rooms and they were in fact rude. The rooms were not properly cleaned, there were popcorn on the floor when we didn't have any popcorn. There were burn marks on the bed cover and on the carpet. They didn't replenish our coffee supply, had to call and ask for it. There were problems with the elevators, waited 1/2 hour to go down from the 46th floor then I asked to use the service elevator. Try waiting for an elevator with a toddler! The elevators were dirty on the inside and outside. Tropicana needs much tlc and managers an attitude adjustment.

I needed to get away just to de-stress and this hotel was just the thing that I needed. It was hard to actually leave, I contemplated staying another day. I would definitely stay here again. The room was excellent, actually I was surprised to find a refrigerator, coffee maker, and a hair dryer in the room. In the list of amenities this was not listed. I think that it should be, I know it would have made me book even sooner.

They gave me the wrong room, we had to walk two times to our room,it was a very long way.

As I said when I booked the room we needed to be near the elevator, because my Wife is handi capped they wanted to charge me more for the room, I said no way after asking for the manager they gave me the room for the original cost.

No coffee pot in room.

Very poor signs to let you know were you are.

The check in is way to far from the parking area.

We stayed in the Tropicana Havanna Tower which is all none smoking (not really). The carpet in our room had numerous cigarette burns, little smoke smell and multiple stains. Woke up numerous times each night due to noise. Could here clearly through walls and door. A lot of cussing and yelling. On our last night the fire alarm went off at 3:00 am and again at 8:00 am. This Hotel was recommended by a friend, but not by me.

I was kinda scared to stay at this hotel due to the terrible reviews it has gotten, however I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is awesome. Its very big. If your not a fan of walking do not stay here because you will be doing a lot of it. Many places to eat and shop right in the hotel. Our room however was OK. Now please listen, the room was SPOTLESS. House keeping does a wonderful job.The rug in our room could have used a serious upgrade tho. It didn't matter because we weren't planning on eating off the floor. Besides that, everything else was great. The staff was very nice. Overall a really awesome place to stay.

My stay at Tropicana Casino & Hotel was a break my wife was looking for. We originally had plans to visit Kissimmee, FL but we changed due to oil leak in the gulf would make us not enjoy the beaches. My sons too had grown up to be teenagers so were not so fond of Disney World's Magic Kingdom at Kissimmee, FL. But my youngest son did enjoy a free ride at Disco Swings later on and my older son enjoyed getting wet in sea beach. I played poker and won. So we all were happy visiting Atlantic City and Tropicana Casino & Hotel.

It's been my third year at the Tropicana and it's always a pleasant experience. This year was special because I lost my mother the first of august and I needed to recuperate. The rooms are wonderful and very quiet. The bed and pillows are the best I ever seen and ...I do travel alot.You don't have to go anywhere else to have good food and lots of fun. Tropicana does have everything you need. My favorite is the Cuban bar.

Hotel was clean, rooms were nice, lots of shopping and the Marketplace was a nice catch all for dining without having to leave the hotel. Check in service was abrupt and unfriendly. Was not given information about hotel services and did not receive the diamond card - had to go back and ask for it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but the next time we come down and are greeted with a rude staff member, I will ask for a manager.
