Great hotel with lots to offer. Bed was very comfortable, but fridge and safe did not work. Nice view of both the city and the ocean from room. Front desk was very helpful and check-in was smooth and quick, but finding the actual check-in lobby was a bit difficult from the parking garage. Had to ask several guests for assistance in finding the hotel lobby at check-in due to minimal amount of signs or directions near hotel self park lot. Great parking rates as well!!

We stayed at the Tropicana. We enjoyed our time at the hotel, the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The check in was quick, easy, and friendly. We had a room that over looked the casino VERY NICE. Room service was prompt and very good. We plan on visiting Atlantic City again in the near future, and will be booking the Tropicana again. We had a very positive experience and can not wait to return. A great hotel overall!!

The Tropicana is a fantastic hotel/casino to stay at! It was very cold the day we went and there was no need to leave the hotel/casino with all of the shops, restaurants, and bars in the Tropicana alone (and of course the casino). The room itself was an average hotel room. Very clean and no big problems other than the refrigerator not working and the ice machine on the floor not working. Ordered room service, which was average hotel price, prompt, and delicious.

The Tropicana is a great place to stay, especially in the cold weather. Everything is located within the complex: dining, entertainment, shopping, casino, so there is no reason you would have to go out into the cold to get somewhere. The staff was very pleasant. One point: The hotel should recommend at the time of room booking that you make restaurant reservations. All restaurants were booked so we had to eat at a bar & grill - not the romantic dinner we had anticipated.

Hotel was just great in every way.Hotel staff were very informative on what was available at the hotel. Staff was very polite and courteous,too. Hotel rooms were to my liking in all ways. The hotel was excellent. The hotel was very clean, classy and comfortable. From the lobby, to the rooms, as well as everything in between, I was impressed. I love the bedroom, especially the stand-up shower. I felt like I was someone with alot of money, even though my finances were limited. I got alot for my money. Everything was right there, so i didn't have to leave the hotel for anything. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by check in, valet, and bellhops to ensure an accommodating stay. I'll definitely be returning to the Tropicana the next time I'm in Atlantic City.

The hotel and stay was great. Getting to and from the parking garage was not convenient or obvious. Upon leaving my husband and I were confused about how to get back to the correct parking garage for our car. It was snowing and at first we ended up outside and in the wrong garage. Then we had to walk to the correct one and walk along the wall and up hills to finally reach our car. That was the only thing that we found to be an inconvenience aside from the line being a little long when we checked in.

I've been to AC many times and stayed elsewhere but my first stay at THE TROPICANA and I have to say it is now my Favorite Casino Hotel. And at Christmas time, the tree was so nice to view. The room was great. Comfy bed. Great view. Everyone working there was so friendly. Loved the IMAX being right there and the Theatre. A great place for a little pre-Christms holiday which who would have ever thought would include SNOW? Loved It!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in it is great for entertainment, restaurants very clean and comfortable. the bed is so comfortable love it. Imax theater is great, great entertainment very nice lounge for the adults to spend time everything is close and convenient. we have stayed here many times and will continue to stay. The service is excellent too. we had the ocean front scenery very nice. enjoyed very much cant wait to come back to enjoy another weekend in at the Tropicana. thank you

At the check-in counter, I didn't know the clerk had charged me a $5 hold on my card. He didn't inform me that we was doing that at all. That was poor customer service to me. I will be watching my card closely to make sure that transaction comes off my card. I would like for you all to make sure you inform your hotel clerks at the desk to make sure to inform the customer on everything that they are doing with their card.

The hotel was really very nice and very large. We stayed in the West Tower. The room was very clean and well-proportioned with a beautiful panoramic view the city. The check-in process was a little slow, but it was Christmas Eve, so I am sure the hotel may not have been fully staffed. The check-in staff was the only staff I encountered during my short visit, but they were very courteous. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I loved the Quarter! I kept forgetting I was in NJ and thought I was someplace exotic! My husband has never been to AC before and was hesitant in going because he isn't big into gambling. However, he loved all the other things that the Tropicana had to offer. We walked the boardwalk to come of the other hotels to take a look around. In the end, we were happy we chose to stay at the Tropicana because in our opinion it seems to have the most to do.

The room was nice. There was a banging noise that I kept hearing though. I was told the N card could be used to get into the clubs for free, but the clubs would not honor the Tropicana's N card. Nor would some of the restaurants. When I called to try to talk to someone about that the customer service person could not find a manager which I thought was crazy. I was finally given the cover charge back but on the N card but was not able to use the full amount because if you don't use the N card at specific places you are only allowed to get half or a percent of what you are comped. I was extremely bothered by that and the fact none of that was explained to me up front or on the phone when I finally got through to a manager. I would stay at the Tropicana again, hopefully with out issues.

Checked in at the quarter and it was very crowded. They did not have my room reservation for a King, but accommodated us very well. We were given coupons for the Quarter and a free Starbucks breakfast. Room had an amazing view looking down the boardwalk and out to the ocean. Casino was very close to the room, which was nice that we didn't have to walk far. Parking was also close and cheap at the Tropicana; only $5 for the day and night.

The room was spacious good comfortable beds and also a huge bathroom. It was a great experience in this hotel so many amenities to choose from. Effortless to check-in n check-out, valet parking is inexpensive. Wish I would have booked at least more than one night cause there was so
much we did not get to experience. Surely I have learned my lesson and will be booking a room for more than just one night in the future. Also for next time I would like to experience the spa amenities.
