My husband and I wanted a quick 1 night getaway for our anniversary without spending a ton on the hotel room. This hotel was a great bang for the buck, and still left us some money to gamble afterwards. The outdoor pool is really nice and the rooms where just as nice as other casinos we have stayed at. The casino itself is a little small, I wouldn't want to gamble there for much more than an overnight or probably a weekend at most. The food they have is good, there just weren't a ton of options. The staff was very nice though and we would definitely return for a quick getaway again.

We have stayed at the Hilton many times and I would say the Trump Marina is just as good or even better.
Casino floor about the same size as the Hilton.
The hotel and casino do show their age, but by no means would I allow that to hold me back from staying there again.
Front desk and restaurant service was excellent.
Live band every night in a great location on the deck.
Several discount coupons provided at check-in for all Trump casinos.

Honestly, the hotel is very good,clean, it is very good if you are going there to be alone. It was very empty, and the casino area not that great and I did try couple of restaurant there was not that good of a experience not like the rest of the hotels.
The pool is very child friendly, room service great, workers are very friendly, very nice if you have children, or if you seeking separation otherwise stay in the other side of the city.

My boyfriend and I stayed here because I had to work in the AC area and the hotel was offering some discounted rates and bonuses. Check in was easy, and although we had to wait on line, it didn't take too long to get to our room. The room itself was what we had a few issues with. We could hear the conversation of the people in the next room even though they were just talking at a normal volume. The shower in the bathroom was also very small and inconveniently designed especially for my bf who happens to be of above average height. The room wasn't "dirty" per se, but the floor and room itself could definitely have used some updating. We ate at one of the restaurants which resembled a diner. The food was decent quality, but our waiter did not order the correct menu items. Also, at the breakfast buffet, they did not offer whole wheat bread which I thought was odd. Our waiter was very nice about it though and did check if they had some in the back. We did not gamble at the Trump Marina; we went to the Borgata instead. Due to the way the road is divided, it was not walkable to make this trip across the street. We had to take the jitney there and a cab ride back was $10. Lastly, on the way home, I spotted a mouse in one of the clothing stores near the parking deck. I stayed at the Trump Plaza last week and was much more pleased with the entire experience. The rooms were nicer and the overall decor seemed more modern and kept up. I would not stay at the Trump Marina during my next visit to AC.

Although we got a great deal ($89 for room, 2 buffet breakfasts & free parking) we probably won't stay here again unless some updating is done.They even upgraded us to a suite which was pretty neat, but it also needed updating. I have a very sensitive nose, & the entire hotel smelled like dampness & cigarette smoke to me.On the good side, they have a small game room which amused our 9 year old & the sun deck across the street is a nice place to hang out for drinks. We stayed here for 1 night then went to the Chairman Towers at the Taj. It's like night & day. The new Towers is a beautiful hotel & very modern & the view is great!! All in all, I probably would rather pay more money & stay at the Taj.

I enjoy my stay at the Trump Marina, the service was good the room clean, we like the pool and the Casino it's been five times that we go to Atlantic City and I'm sure we will return again.
The only think the room was not ready until 5:00 PM
but everything else was excellent.
Prices were very low for the room, I drove 526 miles
from my house, we plan to go again next year.

I thought the rooms were comfortable and the bed was nice. All the amenities were in good condition. I think the weekend rates are too high. I also think the restaurants and stores are overpriced. The elevators are extremely slow. There are many small things that need attention, like burned out indicator lights, etc. The garage looks pretty shabby and is under repair. The staff were pleasant and always helpful. I would stay there again, just because I like the rooms. Advertisements for the shows stated that tickets could be purchased at the box office, but I never found it open and did not get tickets for the show I wanted to see.

No problems. The staff is friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The marina is terrific and they have a little bar down there with live music at night.
Good value, with free breakfast and parking.
Restaurants were not overpriced. Room was clean.
Hotel needs to updated. Old water fixture in bath room was hard to operate. Buttons were worn in elevator. Carpet was coming up in spots at the buffet. Minor issues because the price was right. Would stay there again

My stay at the Trump Plaza was nothing but wonderful, everyone there was very accommodating and friendly. When I was checking out the woman at the front desk remembered me from check in, which gave me that personable feel from the hotel. I loved the location; right on the boardwalk which made everything that easier to do. My only complain was booking the hotel through this website, it gave me such problems that I would never go through it again, I would rather call the hotel directly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were wonderful, buffet was great. The only drawbacks for some might be that this hotel is on the marina and not right on the boardwalk - but there is a jitney that runs every 10 minutes or so that can be taken to the other hotels for just $2. The casino was ok but may not live up to the needs of heavy weight gamblers, but we don't gamble much so it wasn't an issue for us. Also the pool was small. But all this said, the value was great and we would definitely stay there again.

Our Atlantic City experience at the Trump Marina included great service, great view and nice room. Hotel service was excellent!!
Stayed here for the marina environment. outside deck and entertainment which can't be topped in the summer! Went on a very nice sunset cruise. Only negative on the entire holiday experience was that to kick things off, we went to the Atlantic City Bar & Grill. They refused to honor our coupons for lobster - from two different web pages!!! But there are so many choices - who needs that?? And we're looking forward to our next Atlantic City fun, filled fling!!!

My husband and I decided to stay at the Trump Marina because we figured hey it's the Trump. When we arrived at our room it was disappointing. The room smelled like stale cigarettes, and B.O. and it was a nonsmoking room. My husbands wallet was stolen, and the workers at the casino were not very helpful and all spoke broken English. Nightlife and restaurants there not to impressive, or attractive. Honestly would not stay there again. Next time Plaza

I think that the Internet Service should be provided at no cost.
Other than that I have nothing but praise for all other things at the Hotel.
Also, Atlantic City is a very beautiful place where there is a wide range of activities for all ages as well as for different lifestyles.
Last time I was in Atlantic City was in the summer of 1971 while studying at the University of Pennsylvania, and I can say: "You've come a long way!"
I look forward to the opportunity of visiting again.

My one big complaint is that there isn't enough blackjack tables...especially, affordable tables, like $5 and $10 dollar tables....So many more people said they would stay if you had more blkjk tables...remember, feb 10 in pa. all casinos will have gaming tables....Oh, the other thing that wasn't nearly as good as Harrahs, was your buffet... Harrahs buffet is sooooooooooo much better and that means so much to so many people...the rooms were great and so was check in...
