"Check-in" was great until the man working the counter screwed up the reservation. We were scheduled for two nights. He only put us down for one night. "Check-in" proceeded to call three times the next afternoon to discuss the THEIR problem. The third call resulting in us giving up the room (with a notice of 30 minutes). The inconvience and the attitude of the front desk person left plenty to be desired. She offered us a room with a king size bed even after being told we were staying with another couple. ???? I had to then get out of bed and go to the front desk.............management took over and took care of the problem promptly and are commended.

From the very first moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and pleasurable people. This includes the parking lot attendant, who was the first person we encountered at the Trump Marina. The smiles and excellent service continued at the check in counter and throughout our stay. Our room was beautifully decorated with a romantic style. We enjoyed the lay out of the main floor with nearby shops, casino, bar, and restaurants. The view from our room on the 24th floor overlooking the marina was breath taking both during the day and evening. Our view also included a great view of the Atlantic City Boardwalk, which at night was very impressive with all of the hotels lit up.

I really enjoyed all the aspects of the hotel. The casino was great and all the resturants were wonderful. One of the bartenders was so helpful with guiding us on where to eat.I loved the fact that we booked the night before and were able to get what we requested. ( smoking and a king bed) I also loved the hospitality at check in and check out. I was leary at eating at a diner but it was delicious, nothing like a diner at all. The food even came out so quickly. Next time I would like to try the steak house. We will definitely be back.

I give it a 5 star billing. My wife was impressed
with the amenities, the decor was very nice.
The large screen TV was especially attractive
for my wife the tv junkie.
I would have liked winning at the casino, but I
never had luck at the Marina. I also lost on the
boardwalk. Bad day for gambling.
We have been coming down to AC for years, and this
was the nicest hotel we ever stayed at. We can't wait to come back. We dined at the buffet, next
time we look forward to dining in one of the better restaurants.

I love this hotel. I would absolutly reccomend Trump Marina to anyone. My stay was beyond perfect. The customer service was outstanding. With Trump Marina its affordable for any price range, even for someone on a budget such as myself. The restarunts were great and so was the room service. Trump Marina will offer you a friendly staff, that will never make you feel as if you are not there number priorty.One of my favorite things about the Trump Marina is there valet parking because this is the only place that i know that you will have your car in 5 minutes or less. I will always come back to Trump Marina any time that i am in Atlantic City.

actually it was the first time to visit with my wife for 5 year wedding anniversary.
room was clean and nice view but bathroom was too small to use especialy taking shower. i have stayed just for one night so I couldn't use your any entertainment especially spa and pool so i think that next time will be interested on visiting your hotel for using all of your hotel entertainment. and I spent almost 8 hours to gamble in your casino. the first time of your casino impression was not so good but my wife said that it was very nice so my wife is interesing to visit next time...

The room smelled. The chairs had stains on them and there was a rattling noise that woke me early in the morning. We were not allowed to bring the baggage cart up to our room wihtout a bell boy. Signage was not clear for entrance and parking, etc.
On a positive note, we did like the view of the marina from our room, unfortunately we did not want to stay in our room any longer than we had to. Internet access required making arrangements with an alternate provider...too much of a hassle, they need to either provide the service free of charge or have the ability to access and charge your room without going to a third party.

The room was very small,especially the bathroom . The casino smoke was over-powering . Our eyes were burning from the smoke . There was only one breakfast restaurant ( excluding the buffet ) and it was rather dark and not too cheerful with very poor service . We ate there 3 times and each time we had to find either a waitress or waiter to serve us more coffee or water . The valet parking was excellent and the valets were curteous . The check-in and check-out desk was excellent with the people being extremely curteous . All in all we would return , requesting a larger room .

nice rooms great service very friendly people, Everything was convienient and easy to go from one place to another. Food values are not the best but the buffet was good quality. All staff were extremely pleasant, much more so than other hotels. Don't ignore the smaller slots, (pennies and nickles), they were fun and seemed to pay at a much higher rate. The Texas hold em game was against the dealer, which is different but seems to give you slightly better odds. This was a better value for your money, than many of the other hotels we stayed at in Atlantic City.

Customer satisfaction was not the main focus of this hotel. My experience was not pleasant to say the least. On July 19th I forwarded a letter to Mr. Frank LaRosa, Director of Hotels, which was also not responded to. I would be happy to forward a copy of it to you if necessary. I was insulted by staff, served out of code beer that was half full with the cap still on. Room Service took over half hour to come up with a new fresh one and said they were busy checking coolers. I would have thought bringing my beverage was priorty. And the spa had no working sauna & jacuzzi, I had to sit out in public wearing only a robe while people worked out at the gym in the same room. I was extremely uncomfortable. The spa is located in the same place as a gym and hair salon? If I had known this and had time I would have made arrangements at another spa in another hotel. I was told when I made the appt. on the phone I could use the sauna & jacuzzi. I was told when I got there it's been broke for awhile. Very disappointing.

I love the view on the ocean front hotel, Atlantic Palace. It has a spectacular ocean front view in many of the rooms. It is an older hotel, it could use some renovation, but I like the size of the suites, having a kitchen is very nice and the hot tub in each room is a great addition. I can picture some old time Atlantic City stars staying at this hotel back in the day....
It is very convienent to the boardwalk too, there is an entrance right at the hotel, so can't get any closer to the beach. But of course Atlantic City still has it's homeless and beggers so that makes the beach visit not as pleasant as it should. Not a place for kids at all.

Had problems when dropped off my luggage, they wouldn't let my car stay there, had to move it and they took my luggage, but they need to change their method, it is not very customer service oriented. Made me feel unwelcomed.

Then had to walk to back of hotel, then up one flight to a separate reception area. The woman at the desk appeared nice and called me Suzette instead of Sue,w hich I corrected her at the time, but she gave me a room. I then was called out of the pool later in the day and accused in front of every one in the pool that I gave her the wrong name, which I did not. It was quite embarrasing and I had to stand dripping wet at the reception where I showed her my ID and the manager who was quite embarrassed realized that I had the same name as one of the owners and they gave me her room. They compensated me, but it was something that should not have happened.

To expensive for a hotel that does not have Casino facilities and is off the beaten path. Access to the outlet stores was convenient but that's it. I paid $279 (not including taxes) per night. I also thought it very cheep that the parking was not included in my stay, I was charge an additional $15, I think if your a hotel guest your parking should be included at the very least. I will say that the beds and bedding were very comfortable. Although I will say, if your not a regular AC visitor, and by that I mean we get down to AC about twice a year (all our busy work schedule permits) you really end up paying top dollar for rooms, if you can get one. In the city that is full of comps, I think they could at least make your stay a bit more reasonable. We would come down for weekends more often if we could afford a nice room.

Over all a good hotel and casino. There seemed to be some construction or improvements taking place which created some excess noise on the floors in early am but this seemed to be a temproray situation. Check-in was fairly slow but I checked in very late so that might have contibuted to that situation. Casino is large, alot of slot machines. Overall the hotel seemed to be clean, security was present at the entrance to the elevators which seemed to be a good idea for improved security. Overall service seemed to be quite efficient throughout the hotel.

I would recommend other's to stay at this hotel and casino. Can be used for business meetings, simple vacation use or various other reasons. Large enough to get around and see and do many things from gambing to meetings or dining etc. Though not on the ocen as many of the other hotels/casinos in atlantic sity are, there are good views of the marina and present a good visual expereince from the rooms.

Once again I would recommend the hotel for other's, not necessary the best hotel or casino in atlantic city, but a very good stay for the rates charged.
