had a great time food was great people were nice.. had a wonderfull time have been there many a time and will come back again..would like to get a few comps however spent a lot of time in your place and would love to come back again... bars were nice as well. we will be back in the winter just hope that the casinos are not closed down again like the last time we were there that put a damper on our whole experience.. we know that it was not your fault but it did not help us any with everyone telling us that the casio will be back on line in a few hours.. that was a total lie.. you just wanted to keep us there.. but all in all we had a good time.. we walked the board walk and visited several restaurants that we had not been at before. hopefully you will respond to this email and give us a few comps and we will be back again to have a wonderfull time and enjoy our vacation again. thanks for being there for us and giving us a time to remember.. you are the best. keep in touch

Front desk/lobby is to confining, to many mirrored columns to walk into also small and unattractive. Our room was quite a distance from the casino which was also seem to have to many aisles and ramps. I can't comment on the pool etc. we were only there a few days. I can honestly say I would not stay at Trump Plaza again. Quite a few years ago we stayed a the Taj Mahal and were very impressed, but it seems you can never get accommdations there for one reason or other.

I thought the hotel was excellent even though it was under renovations at the time. I would recommend it highly and I would stay there again. The steakhouse on the 7th floor was AWESOME. The SERVICE EXCELLENT...The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't win any money there but I didn't loose either. About the tub it was pretty crappy looking. It wasn't dirty just stained and the finish was coming off. I didn't win any money there but I didn't loose either. Even though I did win somewhere else I thought it was a pretty good casino compared to some of the others.

Usually when I go away I will book it a bit in advance. When I went to Atlantic City it was more on a spontanious night away and I was still able to book a room at the Trump hotel a few nights before at a very decent rate. I arrived to the hotel earlier than checkin time and I was still able to check in and bring my bags up to the room without a problem. I have been to Atlantic City before but I have never stayed in the Trump hotel. When I entered my room it was very clean and spacious. I did not feel like I was in a hotel room. There were magazines/room service books showing me what there was in the area in terms or events as well as food services. Although there was not a direct view of the water I was able to see a pretty side view of the water from my window which is always a nice thing to be able to wake up and look out at. I am not much of a gambler but I went down to teh casino and had a nice time playing some slots. My friend played some table games and the dealers were very nice. If I were to return to Atlantic City again I would defenitly enjoy staying at the Trump hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very easy to check into the hotel and the staff was very friendly. When we got to the room, my first impression was a good one. The rooms are very well kept, very clean, deodorized, bathrooms very well cleaned (which is a pet peeve of mine). The view from the room was also very nice, we could see the boardwalk and the ocean. I would also highly recommed the casino. There are many fun games to play and you can always find a seat. I would highly recommend a stay here on your trip to Atlantic City for any reason!

We had a great time!! We didn't have much luck at the casino but we will definitely go back again!!! We were slightly disappointed with the Broadway buffet. The guest room was bery clean and cared for nicely. The bathrooms were all very clean and the staff was outstanding. The security guards were very nice and understanding when we asked for direction and were all very pleasant. We enjoyed sitting out on the boardwalk and having a few drinks at the bar. Our view from our room was very good and the fellow guests were all very nice. The check in process was very quick and convenient and the express check out was even faster. We are frequent visitors to Atlantic City and would without a doubt return to any of the Trump hotels or casinos to spend a night or even just to gamble. We are currently planning to go to Las Vegas and we are thinking about staying at one of the Trump hotel and casino when we go. IN the next month or so we are going to go on another romantic getaway with a couple of friends of ours and will make our reservations at Trump.

I was struck by how different the casinos are in NJ from the ones in Vegas. I found the dealers to be fairly unfriendly and the clientele to be curiously serious about their gambling. The casinos are seriously lacking in the "fun" factor. The hotel was nice, and if I went back to AC I would probably choose a Trump hotel, but if you have a choice, go to Vegas. Oh, the pool is indoors, so it is a good choice during the winter months if you have kids who want to go to the pool. It gets mighty loud though.

The hotel accommodations were excellent. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and immaculate. The bathroom was also a good size. Dining at the hotel restaurants was also a pleasure. Although not all of the restaurants were opened, what we did experience at the restaurants was good service, excellent cusine and not overly priced.

The hotel staff were pleasant and efficient. We were checked into the hotel quickly and our room was ready for us, even though we arrived before check in time.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The only criticism would be that many of the slot machines at the Casino were not in working order.

Great Hotel, but found the casino to be a little bit tight with the winnings. Spoke to quite a few people and they said that it was difficult to win at any of Trumps' places. I am not a big gambler so it didn't bother me but if that is a priority for you then you may want to consider that. Aside from that the room was beautiful and the service was great as well. Plenty of places to eat hotel is situated perfectly on the boardwalk. Short walks to plenty of attreactions on the boardwalk.

I had booked this trip as a last minute get away for my anniversary. Me and my boyfriend are big texas holdem players!! I informed the hotel prior to our arrival that we were celebrating our anniversary. When I arrive at the hotel I go to the self park station which we were told would be $2 from our confirmation. When I get there the lady at the garage tells me that it is $10. $10 may not seem like a lot but when you are driving hotel to hotel then returning to your hotel $10 adds up. How come I can visit the Borgata hotel who I am not staying with and not be charged for parking?? Unlike Vegas you are pretty much required to drive in Atlantic City because the hotels are pretty spread out. Vegas the hotels are all next to each other, so you can walk hotel to hotel. We park and I check into my room and they put me in a room with two double beds. They know I am celebrating my anniversary and they book me a room with two double beds?? The room also smelled like moth balls. The bathrooms weren't updated. I spent the extra money to stay at this property because it said that the rooms were all updated and the service was exceptional. I would beg to differ....

I was very disappointed at the cleaniness of the hotel. Food trays were left outside our room for 2 days. There were food trays left out in the foyer near the elevator for 24 hours. The maids left the room a mess and never picked up the garbage, just simply made a bed. The showers were ancient and the presure was horrible. I have stayed in many hotels in my time and this was not even close to a 5 star. The service was horrible. When we were lost, the person giving directions was rude to us. When you pay over $400 a night, you expect much better service then everything that was provided to us.

The front desk people and everyone who works here for that matter are very nice. The room was spik and span, nice bed, nice beach view. It might be a little noisy for some rooms at night but mine was just fine. The bathroom is very clean and spacious too.

Needless to say, this hotel is ON the boardwalk, good casino floor especially for the slot machine lovers, good restaurants and the new beach bar is not so bad. The stay here is not complete without a massage ( they have professional massage therapists here) and dinner at Max's steakhouse.

Staff was very helpful. Casino was nice. 24 hour restaurant was great - we had breakfast there twice and both times the meal came quickly, hot and delicious. Our waiter was outstanding. Lobby of hotel was not nice - decorated lousy, no place to sit, etc. Room service was delivered promptly and was very good. I was charged $5.00 for valet parking and feel that since I was a guest at the hotel for two days, why should I pay for the valet parking? Restaurants in hotel were overpriced. Location of hotel was convenient and within walking distance to shopping and local restaurants.
