We had a wonderful time, a great room, good meals...The only thing that would have made our stay better would be if we won some money.
All of the staff that we dealt with were very pleasant, and well informed. The dining was better than we expected, and we were very pleased with the waiters and waitresses. We went to one of the restaurants very late in the evening and were very happy with the choces we were given for a late night snack.
We will be happy to recommend the Trump Plaza to our friends and children. Thank you.

Friendly atmosphere by all personnel. Room was very adequate for my needs. Meals were all excellent. Appreciated the occasion comps. received. the $15 tables available were somewhat limited from time to time. The bar was a little small for the number of people there. The ability to play machines at the bar was a nice touch but space was not always available particularly in the late evening hours. The buffet was not open at 2:00 in the afternoon even though the hours posted were 11:00a.m. Casino floor was well laid out. Guard personnel at elevators was nice to see and also room key to access floors is a good idea for securtiy reasons.
Overall a pleasant experience and I plan to return.

This was my second time staying at the Trump Plaza. My boyfriend and I were bummed because we went to the spa to relax together only to find out that the spas were separated for men only and women only. We were also upset because we requested a king size bed and the only room they had ready for us was a handicapped room. Also, our room did not have a booklet of all the dining/shopping/spa..ect. in the hotel. We called the housecleaning and they put us on hold for ten minutes. Then they finally picked up and said they would bring one up right away. Unfortunately, they never brought one to us. I do not suggest to play blackjack at this hotel because the tables are too expensive and they do not use enough decks so you will lose. However, I really enjoyed the slot machines this hotel had. They were different and fun!

We absolutely loved the view and the customer service, however, the bathtubs were very small and narrow which is one of the things that my pregnant wife looks forward too when getting away is a good sized tub.
While we were mostly at a convention for the weekend with the mummers, we found that the hotel was georgeous. We really did not spend much time gambling but they really need to make the odds a little better.
Places like Bally's and Wild Wild West had tons of slots and the odds are much higher than with Trump.
We were very pleased with our ocean view room.

Locating the hotel was simple. The only thing that was a little nerve racking was the parking garage! It has a very low clearance! But overall, our stay was very enjoyable. Our room was very nice, clean and had a view of the ocean! It was quiet, you didn't hear the guests in the surrounding rooms. Which for us, is a major bonus! Trump Plaza is in an excellent location! We had easy access to the boardwalk, beach and other casinos when we wanted to venture out. We will definately return to stay at Trump Plaza! What an excellent trip!

I was very disappointed whenI got into my shower. I ended up standing in 2" of water. When I told the front desk at check-out,I was told "OK, I SORRY, WE'LL GET SOMEONE UP THERE SOON". My opinion on that is this. They mostly likely knew this from the last patons who stay in that room.As fror being a trump casino and hotel it definitely didn't seem to be any big deal.I guess I just thought it would be with more gaming tables and such. Thank-you for giving me a chance to give feed-back on my stay.

Check in was great. I requested a lower floor room and my needs were met perfectly.
Hotel room service is prompt.
We like the Evo restaurant. We stay here twice per year and no matter what, we wind up in EEVO fot at least three meals. Their wait staff is marvelous and we ahve noticed the same people have been working here for many years. I think that says something about the organization as a whole! I would highly recommend this hotel for couples, families and the like. We have stayed here before for convenience, when we are attending events at the Boardwalk Hall. It works out great!

There are a few good things about this hotel:
1. I wanted to switch rooms because the shower was plugged up and every time I went to shower there was a pool of water I had to stand in, when I went to the front desk, they were willing to switch my room.
2. Drinks are free down in the Casino, but they take forever to come back if you want another.
3. My room had a great view of the boardwalk.
4. My room had a safe, which was important because we had cash in the room.
5. Check out is 12 pm

The bad things:
1. house keeping knocks on your door the whole time ready to clean your room even with a privacy sign on.
2. There is no internet connection in the room, I brought my lap top and there was no use for it. On the 6th floor there is a busniess center but you have to pay .47 a minute to use internet.
3. the pool is 4 ft deep
4. you have to pay $15 dollars/person to use the hot tub
5. When I got there, there was a line of about 10 people waiting to check in, but there was 2 people working the checkin desk when there was at least 5 free positions behind the desk that was not manned.
6. You have to pay $5 dollar parking even if you are staying there, save your receipt.
7. Room service is too expensive to buy it.
8. There is nothing to watch on TV, so they want you to go down and spend your money in the casino.

have stayed here in the past,and is always a pleasure to return and stay again. highly recomended!good service, cleanliness, and good food.great location in the middle of the broadwalk. surrounded by other casinos. it has a very close access to the beach,and i like the fact that it is near the newly constructed beach convention center. i like the speedy check in time and the fact that the check in and check out lines are very short too. the fact that this hotel has alot more resturants to choose from makes it ideal for a person to select from a different cuisine.i will definatly come back here again!

We had a view of the beach and ocean. It was absolutly stunning! The room was beautiful and very clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasent to deal with. The casino had plenty of open tables and slots. The hotel is perfectly located. It is close to the mall for great shopping and food and on the boardwalk so you are directly on the beach. We didn't get to stay very long but we will with out a doubt stay there again. I would absolutly recomend this hotel and casino to any one looking for great Atlantic City stay!

The valet and bell hop were prompt and friendly the check in counter was less than happy and when you were on the casino floor trying to find a waitress to get a drink was non existant. we wanted to play the tables but have never played and if you tried to ask a question people were rude. we didn't know the resteraunt hours and were given mis information so ended up wandering all over the place finally asked a security guard who helped us. the nicer resteraunts did not open till evening and their coffee shop and china cafe was the quality of food I can get at the mall at home without the high prices . Food was poor but service even worse . Some things should be automatic when eating in a sit down resteraunt not haveing to request for it like you are a bother to them. Even though Atlantic city is closer to home I'd rather pay the extra money and go to Las Vegas where service is impecable no matter who you are. There were a lot of elderly people there that weekend using wheelchairs and the staff were rude and unhelpful with them as well. For Trump Plaza a true disappointment. I ended up gambling with half the money than I normally spend and the only thing good I can say was it was nice to get away with my friends and laugh, but I could have just gone and played the slots somewhere else or waited to go to Las Vegas.

After two other hotels in Atlantic City proved less than satisfactory, I decided to try Trump. It was good value for the price; we almost didn't mind dropping some bucks in the casino. We registered very quickly & our room was ready, unlike our other two experiences. The toilet didn't work properly, and was fixed within 15 minutes of my telling the front desk. Only major drawback was lack of moderate-priced restaurants on property (hey, I'm a high school teacher), but it's easy enough to find a place within walking distance. A minor problem was the condition of the bathtub, the surface of which was cracked. We will probably try other hotels in AC, but we know we can always settle on Trump

Everything went very well from the time we checked in until we checked out!! My sister and I would love to stay here again. The hotel staff was great! We enjoyed a Disco show at Trump Taj Mahal, following that, we came back to Trump Plaza and had a wonderful dinner and a pleasant overnight!! Next time I would love to bring more of my family members here to stay!! Booking through Atlanticcity.com was very convenient for me and there were no problems at all!! We would love to book through it in the future. The prices were reasonable. Thank You All So Much!

This hotel needs a lot of work. We had to wait long periods of time for the elavator. It seemed that it was only two working in the east wing. The room windows were very dirty. Paint was peeling off the tub; the room also had a funny odor.
The buffett resturant was located in a part of the building that needs some renovation. The food their was bland. It reminded me of a school caferteria. My family and I did enjoy the Rain Forest resturant. The best thing about this hotel is it location. I expected so much more from the trump.
