This was our first time staying at the Trump Plaza and it was very nice. It does need some changes for it to be even better. The beds seemed awfully small for dbles or queen sz. In one room the toilet paper was unreachable from the commode, however it did make for a good laugh and we did improvise on how to reach it and the water pressure was not that satisfying. There were issues with the key cards (had to have them reactivated twice) for the rooms and elevators. Check in was smooth but she was impersonal and very short and cold, the rest of them were very pleasant, guess I just got in the wrong line. Check out for the room was very quick but slow for luggage pick up(2 hrs)they had lost our name on the list for the luggage pick up to be brought down the to the car and we had to call 2 more times before the bellman finally arrived, but overall our stay was very, very nice. The Plaza was absolutely beautiful and would recommend it if you don't mind some minor issues.

We stayed at Trump Plaza and the place was clean and the employees were great. The Casino was in great shape. I liked the fact they had smoking on one end and nosmoking on the other. We had no problems staying there. We will be back again next year. The boardwalk was clean and interesting.We also went shopping in town with all the outlet stores we had a ball. The prices were right and the number of stores were out of this world.We also visited the Convention Center and was impressed with the size and the under ground parking. We had an excellent visit.

I had done a thorough investigation of other hotels in Atlantic City, Ocean City and Virginia Beach and even though financially, it was a tremendous sacrifice, I thought it was worth it for my husband to have this experience. Everything was great with the exception of "check-in". The man at the front desk was extremely rude and even though we requested a boardwalk/ocean view, when we got to the room it was not. Our bellhop "Jerome" was wonderful.

My sister, who lives in Denver, was visiting me in Virginia. We decided to take a quick, one night trip to Atlantic City. So, I used the Atlantic City website to make reservations. I chose the Trump Plaza Hotel for its convenient location off the approach from the Atlantic City Expressway and position on the boardwalk. It is one of the older "mega" hotels and shows some signs of age. My sister and I were impressed with the water conservation measures that have been implemented.

We really enjoyed our stay for a pretty reasonable price! There is a beach bar right across the street and the mall is right next to that. The mall was redone and has so many interesting shops to shop in and restaurants to eat at. We really enjoyed The Continental restaurant. Casinos were fun and it is located right on the boardwalk so you can walk down to just about any casino that you want to. We would definitely go back again.

We enjoyed a lot trump plaza hotel and casino. We would like to thank David Foxx. He help us with a great room view @ main tower.We had a great deal for two nights.The food is a bit expensive and the spa as well.The pool was great, the water was warm excellent for our 16 months old baby girl. Would I recommend this hotel? Of course to everyone. Especially on summer time, it is very close to the beach as well.

My stay at the Trump Tower was impressive, relaxing, and enjoyable. I will visit next time with my boyfriend of love one. The service and food was great. Security is great and makes for an secured environment. I would recommend this hotel to an friend,love one,or a family member. Children can enjoy the pool and the scenery because its great. Furthermore you have a boardwalk that you can utilize to exercise and transport from one hotel to another.

The staff was very accommodating when our room was not up to our standards. The air conditioner was broken and the room was not clean when we got up to it. They moved us right away to another room that was perfect. We had to pay for internet in the business center and no wi-fi available in room. That was very expensive. The casino was beautiful. We loved the restaurants. The hotel was very close to other casinos and the new mall.

Checking in and out of the hotel was horrible. Not enough people working the front desk. For the volume of guests arriving and departing, there should of been at least two more people working at the front desk. The rooms were clean, but are showing signs of age as well as decor is out dated. Location of hotel is VERY good. This is a major plus for this hotel as it is central on the boardwalk. It was an easy to walk to other hotels for shows and gambling.

It was very confusing finding where to go. The elevator system of going up to find another elevator to take you where to go was hard to follow. Staff on the floors were also very vague in giving directions. They certainly need some training in directing people to the right place. We were attending John Edward and were told by three different people three different floors to get off and how to get there. A system of maps, such as you find in the mall would make it easier to follow. Also helpful would be a directory by each elevator listing what floors/and venues it will take you to. I was traveling with a person in a wheelchair and it was tiring for her and those pushing her trying to find the right elevators, etc. One person, even knowing she was in an elevator told us to take the escalator. The staff was pleasant and accommodating both in the hotel and casino. The room was adequate but could have been vacuumed better. The room was older and could use some upgrade, but I would stay there again in the same room. Ocean view was quiet, bed was good and sleeping was no problem. Access to Casino and Boardwalk was easy. I elected to stay at the Plaza because they have both smoking and non-smoking rooms and areas in the casino.

We stayed the the Trump Plaza because of the location and the price. The spa was very dirty and they did refund my 15 dollar to use the spa, but while soaking in the hot tub a few minutes I noticed a black line of dirt all the way around the tub. I ask the manager to check it out and she offered my refund but they kept the tip! The restaurant was very expensive Cafe 24, 14.95 for a burger that was way over cook... they received the Black Banana Award.
