The staff was pleasant and accommodating both in the hotel and casino. The room was adequate but could have been vacuumed better. The room was older and could use some upgrade, but I would stay there again in the same room. Ocean view was quiet, bed was good and sleeping was no problem. Access to Casino and Boardwalk was easy. I elected to stay at the Plaza because they have both smoking and non-smoking rooms and areas in the casino.

We stayed the the Trump Plaza because of the location and the price. The spa was very dirty and they did refund my 15 dollar to use the spa, but while soaking in the hot tub a few minutes I noticed a black line of dirt all the way around the tub. I ask the manager to check it out and she offered my refund but they kept the tip! The restaurant was very expensive Cafe 24, 14.95 for a burger that was way over cook... they received the Black Banana Award.

I stayed at the Trump Plaza last year for my birthday and it was good. I decided to stay here again and this year for my birthday and it was better than last. The bed was very comfortable, the scenery to the ocean was awesome. No noise and very clean. The service was very good. I will recommend and will plan on staying again. Next time I will bring my kids to stay with me. They will enjoy there stay. It was close to Pier outlets mall.

It was a very pleasant stay for all my family with 2 kids 18 and 7. During the winter this place was amazingly sole warming. Very nice ocean view, dining, entertainment including shopping with all that winter sales. Kids enjoyed the pool with a very warm water and nice services. Casino wasn't so giddy like in the summer time. We even got some money that made our stay even more enjoyable (just kidding). For the next year we will visit this place again.

The hotel was nice but needs updated. We made our reservations on the internet and the Hotel did not have it entered and we wasted about an hour trying to get it resolved. I felt that I should have been compensated. The check in/check out line was huge and only 3 employees at the counter. Other than that, the hotel is in a great location. Most of the restaurants were not open in the hotel. I feel that the slots were too expensive especially the .01-.10 slots. I did not see a lot of people winning.

The hotel was wonderful, the restaurants were great, the food was excellent. AC Central was courteous, and very sensitive to all of my needs. I was with my 90 year old mother and they assisted me in every way possible.

I would highly recommend Trump Plaza and AtlanticCity.com.

It was a pleasure and I would return again. The room was immaculate and services were available and more than ample. Everyone was extremely helpful, courteous and available at all times.

It was a wonderful 2 days.

The hotel had every kind of food that you would look for...not only that but the bars were stocked and clean. I do have to say that I had asked for a non-smoking room and that's what they said they gave me...but when I walked into our room it wreaked of smoke. But all and all, I would still go back because my friend and I had a blast!! O and next time, I'll have to remember to bring my bathing suit...I missed out on the indoor pool.

We had a decent time until the last night,Trump offers a Trump One card which no one explained was pretty much useless until we checked out, very rude representative at check out. We will never stay here or at any Trump casino again, first and last time we will visit Atlantic City. We were married in Las Vegas and will spend our money there in the future.
Don't bother boosting the economy in Atlantic City.
Trump deserves to be filing bankruptcy after what we experienced for the money!! Don't waste your hard earned dollars here, stay home!!

I requested a certain room and did not get it. I was told to be there by 4 pm and then had to wait 2 hours to even get a room cause they tried to give me a non smoking room when I specifically ordered a smoking room. When we finally got the room it was very small not what I wanted and they left a dirty ash tray on the table. Not to mention I broke out in hives or was bit by something while staying in that room. I was under the impression that the Trump was so grand and it was anything but. I do not think that was room was worth $400.

We chose Trump because it had a walk thru to the Convention Hall. (We went for Dancing with the Stars - tour). The woman at the Check-in Counter said the walk over would be open. We went there a few minutes later, it was being used for an event. I called Guest Services about 2 hours later, she said it would be open 1 hour before the show (6:30PM), the event would be over. However, when we went for the show it was still being used for a private event. Please have your service desk & check in personnel give accurate information. We came down from the East Tower without coats, then had to go back up to get them.

I enjoyed my stay at the Trump Plaza & Casino. I wish I could have have spent a little more time having fun instead of spending the whole time for business. I was an exhibitor at the Convention Center for the Boat Show and had no choice but to spend most of my time there. I felt the rooms were comfortable and clean and the restaurants in the Hotel were great especially the Evo. It had great food for a good value

I can say this was one of the best vacations ever! There is always something to do for every age and every hour of the night and day!
I had a little trouble with check-in, as my name was spelled wrong in the computer. I was told I hadn't booked a room or was at the wrong hotel, however my confirmation stated I was at the right place, and the paper work was not enough. It was kind of a hassle checking in and did start our first night out on the wrong turn.
But after that everything was smooth and amazing.
It was truly an amazing birthday and I hope to go back to celebrate my 25th!

The Trump Plaza was a gorgeous hotel! It was my first trip to Atlantic City and I had a terrific time. I went with a large group of friends and the Trump Plaza was gracious to make sure our rooms were all located near each other. Being a young adult the hotel was exciting and full of energy and closely located to other hotels. It made for a great and easy way to check out what the other hotels had to offer. Overall wonderful trip!

The room was very modern and clean. The internet service was easy to access. The hotel had great restaurants and was in a convenient location. There was casual places to dine and upscale restaurants. The Starbucks and gift shop were also a great amenity. If you are a gambler, there is a wide variety of slot machines and gaming tables. The fitness center was well equipped. The spa offered many services and had a beautiful waiting room. All staff were helpful if any needs arose.
