The staff was pleasant and accommodating both in the hotel and casino. The room was adequate but could have been vacuumed better. The room was older and could use some upgrade, but I would stay there again in the same room. Ocean view was quiet, bed was good and sleeping was no problem. Access to Casino and Boardwalk was easy. I elected to stay at the Plaza because they have both smoking and non-smoking rooms and areas in the casino.

I stayed at the Trump Plaza last year for my birthday and it was good. I decided to stay here again and this year for my birthday and it was better than last. The bed was very comfortable, the scenery to the ocean was awesome. No noise and very clean. The service was very good. I will recommend and will plan on staying again. Next time I will bring my kids to stay with me. They will enjoy there stay. It was close to Pier outlets mall.

It was a very pleasant stay for all my family with 2 kids 18 and 7. During the winter this place was amazingly sole warming. Very nice ocean view, dining, entertainment including shopping with all that winter sales. Kids enjoyed the pool with a very warm water and nice services. Casino wasn't so giddy like in the summer time. We even got some money that made our stay even more enjoyable (just kidding). For the next year we will visit this place again.

The hotel was wonderful, the restaurants were great, the food was excellent. AC Central was courteous, and very sensitive to all of my needs. I was with my 90 year old mother and they assisted me in every way possible.

I would highly recommend Trump Plaza and AtlanticCity.com.

It was a pleasure and I would return again. The room was immaculate and services were available and more than ample. Everyone was extremely helpful, courteous and available at all times.

It was a wonderful 2 days.

The hotel had every kind of food that you would look for...not only that but the bars were stocked and clean. I do have to say that I had asked for a non-smoking room and that's what they said they gave me...but when I walked into our room it wreaked of smoke. But all and all, I would still go back because my friend and I had a blast!! O and next time, I'll have to remember to bring my bathing suit...I missed out on the indoor pool.

We chose Trump because it had a walk thru to the Convention Hall. (We went for Dancing with the Stars - tour). The woman at the Check-in Counter said the walk over would be open. We went there a few minutes later, it was being used for an event. I called Guest Services about 2 hours later, she said it would be open 1 hour before the show (6:30PM), the event would be over. However, when we went for the show it was still being used for a private event. Please have your service desk & check in personnel give accurate information. We came down from the East Tower without coats, then had to go back up to get them.

I enjoyed my stay at the Trump Plaza & Casino. I wish I could have have spent a little more time having fun instead of spending the whole time for business. I was an exhibitor at the Convention Center for the Boat Show and had no choice but to spend most of my time there. I felt the rooms were comfortable and clean and the restaurants in the Hotel were great especially the Evo. It had great food for a good value

The Trump Plaza was a gorgeous hotel! It was my first trip to Atlantic City and I had a terrific time. I went with a large group of friends and the Trump Plaza was gracious to make sure our rooms were all located near each other. Being a young adult the hotel was exciting and full of energy and closely located to other hotels. It made for a great and easy way to check out what the other hotels had to offer. Overall wonderful trip!

The room was very modern and clean. The internet service was easy to access. The hotel had great restaurants and was in a convenient location. There was casual places to dine and upscale restaurants. The Starbucks and gift shop were also a great amenity. If you are a gambler, there is a wide variety of slot machines and gaming tables. The fitness center was well equipped. The spa offered many services and had a beautiful waiting room. All staff were helpful if any needs arose.

I found our stay to be fun and relaxing. They have a fabulous pool and sunroom on the 6th floor. Can't ask for more on a winterly day.
I never ran into a hotel employee who was anything but helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable here.
We were given access to the Chairman's Club. That alone made the trip enjoyable. It made for a nice point of relaxation after a busy day.
We're staying there again this week!!

I received a gift certificate from AltanticCity.com and decided to use this certificate for our two night stay at the Trump Plaza. We loved the hotel and casino. The rooms and casinos were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our only compliant was that we could not use the gift certificate for anything other than the hotel, not food, not room service, not anything. The gift certificate is very misleading and I would not purchase or recommend anyone purchase this gift certificate. We now have a $50 credit that we will probably not use. But we were very pleased with the Trump Plaza and would recommend staying there and would stay there again.

Everything went great, fast check-in and check-out, we had complimentary tickets to the Spirit of Christmas show, which was a good show for the holidays. We had a room with the view of the ocean. The only thing was the restaurants closed early, but the room service was good. Everyone in the casino were friendly this is the first time I stayed at Hilton and I had fun, I will definitely come back for more. Great staff at the Hilton.

Our stay was fine until the last day. We encountered a problem with the water. We tried to take a shower and the water was muddy and brown. When we called the front desk, they told us to run the water and it will clear up. We did that, and it still didn't clear up. We wouldn't take a chance showering or drinking or brushing our teeth with the water, so we had to buy bottles of water. By the next morning, the water was still discolored and on check-out, we spoke to the manager. She apologized and offered us complimentary breakfast or lunch, we thanked her and told her we had already eaten and we were now leaving. In spite of this incident, we would still return to the Trump Plaza.

The Trump Plaza is a great weekend excursion. The staff was friendly, the room was great! I got a great deal on a room that included captain's club entrance for two - great value all around. They did make a mistake in the type of room, but when I called to guest services, they quickly made the correction and upgraded my room to a suite. I'm not a gambler, but I did to down to the casinos. The dealers were very personable and friendly. Even the other guests were genuinely friendly. You can't beat great service, great price, great amenities, and great location all in one. All in all, it was a great getaway and the Trump Hotels/Casinos will definitely see me again! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a brief break from the day to day or a romantic weekend getaway.
