The hotel was very nice and convenient to the boardwalk VERY CLEAN, The restaurants at the Trump were very good ,food was excellent and service was great! everything you needed was right in the hotel.entertainment was a plus in the lounge, plus the show was great ,check in was a breeze and it was nice to get in our room earlier than expected which was a plus!.valet parking was nice upon arriving and leaving. we will definitely recommend to our friends.

The Trump Plaza Hotel was in a great location, easy access to the beach and smack in the middle of the Boardwalk. The hotel staff, room services, and all connected to the hotel were first rate. The Beach Bar directly on the Boardwalk Beach was fun packed and the staff were excellent. We were here for lunch and dinner and both times were excellent. Never having been to Atlantic City before we were impressed by everything and everyone and look forward to a return visit.

This hotel was in a very convenient location. For what I spent on the hotel, I thought it was a little pricey and not worth my money. Otherwise, I thought the hotel was very clean, friendly and fun. The hotel is right on the boardwalk and in the center of Atlantic City. It is also right by the outlets on the pier and the outlet in Atlantic City. Would recommend staying here if you are going with family, friends or just a romantic night away.

I took my daughter and 3 grandchildren to Atlantic City and stayed at Trump Plaza. I found it had the most reasonable accommodations for a nice room. We were able to check in very quickly and much earlier than expected. The hotel is located at almost the center of the boardwalk which makes it very convenient to walk to both ends for shopping and sightseeing. I would recommend Trump Plaza to friends and family. The only drawback I found was the bathroom. The shower didn't work well and there wasn't any vent to circulate air. Also, there wasn't any magnify makeup mirror on the vanity.

What a great place to stay. Me and my friend loved the atmosphere at the Trump Plaza. When we got their 11am they let us check in early. We were really close to the beach and the boardwalk. Shops and restaurants were just steps away from the hotel. The lobby was amazing and big. We are hoping to go back to the beach next year. When we do we are going to stay at the Trump Plaza again. Because we loved it alot.

We were both pleased with our room, the view and everything associated with our trip. The hotel was easy to get in and out of on car or on foot, we walked most everywhere we went. We had a great time on the Boardwalk, people watching and just relaxing. When we were checking in, they didn't have us registered, but it didn't take long to clear things up since I had a copy of my reservations. We hope to go again.

We were treated like a number. Poor service at the desk...no incentive to spend money at the Casino. Did not get the room we requested and didn't get compensation or apology for unsatisfactory service. Room cleaning was great. Check-out was made easy. We felt like we were not as important as the VIP's. We had to go to Bally's to enjoy the entertainment we came to TRUMP Plaza to get. But as for Atlantic City, we enjoyed the stay. Plan to come back but to chose a different a hotel.

Great location, in center of boardwalk. Great proximity to all other casinos on the boardwalk. Outdoor sitting areas, and beach bar were wonderful. The weather was great. Outlet mall was fantastic, especially the Coach Store. I would stay here on my next visit, which hopefully will be next year. The only area of concern was the lobby layout. It took us until our last day to not have to stop and orient ourselves once we got off the elevator. However this was just minor compared to all the other great amenities the hotel had to offer.

The Trump Plaza is very slow in getting people into their rooms. Checkout is noon, but they do not clean the rooms fast enough on weekends to get the new guests checked in. The check-in time is only guaranteed by 6pm. This is very inconvenient and ruins the first day stay. This was not told to me by Atlantic City dot Com when I made my reservation. I waited 4 hours to get into my room. The front desk tried to expedite, but it made no difference. They are probably understaffed.

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary. We caught the show "Carnival of Wonders" with comp tickets. We had great seats for the show. The room was clean and we were upgraded to an ocean view room for no extra charge. The windows to look out over the ocean were a little dirty and the music from the beach bar was loud until the early morning hours. Great location for beach and restaurants. Overall, a great value for the money!

As a Soldier getting ready to set out on another deployment and enjoying what could be my last 4th of July weekend with my family, I made a reservation at Trump Plaza. It is right on the boardwalk and close to the mall and across from the beach. The trip would be a trip to remember! The check-in was decent. The clerk was friendly and helpful. The room on the other hand was a great disappointment. For $530.00 a night, I didn't expect a suite but I atleast expected a decent sized room! I've paid less for bigger and better smelling rooms! The room was shaped like a triangle with the door at the tip. It seemed as if the door would bump the closet door if you opened it too fast. The air conditioner wasn't working and the room was stuffy. The beds were small, good enough for the kids but definitely not good for an adult couple. I should have camped out at the beach. Definitely, not worth the money.

This was a family vacation with our 17 year old Daughter. We were traveling the East Coast looking at Colleges for her. This was a break on the trip. This hotel was the best value on our entire trip. The hotel was right on the Boardwalk. Hotel staff was excellent, very helpful in pointing out points of interest and restaurants. Close to shopping mall(my Wife & Daughter loved it). Recommend using valet parking, self parking was a long walk to room. We would stay here again.

I have stayed at the Trump Casino two times now.
Both times have been a good experience.
The rooms are clean and well layed out.
We did not eat at this establishment.
The family and I like the location of this casino
since a few that we are with cannot walk as well.
It's centrally located on the boardwalk and we
are able to eat, shop, and gamble at many places
located nearby. I did like gambling at the Trump
as well. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel should allow all spending w/in the hotel to be credited towards reward points. I was not impressed that the steakhouse was closed on a Friday night. How can a restaurant on a Friday night in the summer be closed.

The hotel was clean, the people were polite and courteous. Parking was cheap. The hotel was very easy to find and had easy access to the beach. They supplied chairs and an umbrella if needed which is a very nice perk.
