We enjoyed our stay at Trump. The Service was impeccable and the staff was great. They took time to talk to us and tell us about the facilities and the area, even recommending some bars, and restaurants. The room was small, but we had a great ocean view. The location is great, right in the middle of the boardwalk and close to shopping and other casinos. The 24 cafe was the best. Loved being able to have eggs at 2am!

The hotel service was great, rooms are very nice for the price and the location is awesome. Food is priced great and for most parts the hotel was very clean. There are areas of peeling wallpaper, pitted and unpolished brass. Pool area was not very inviting and did not see an area for changing. If you stay in the East Tower, you have to travel across the casino floor and up elevators to get to the pool area. You could put your bathing suit on underneath your clothing or wear them. In all the Casino is very small ( no poker tables) and the waitress staff is by far the worse I have ever seen in any casino. Hotel was good for sleeping and food for a reasonable price.

Overall, I would rate this hotel average. You had to wait 5-10 minutes for hot water for the shower, the fan motor for the room heat was loud, and the Buffet was definitely not worth the price. Mr. Trump should fire himself for offering it. The manager of the Buffet should go to the Virginia City Buffet at the Wild West Casino to get an idea on how to run one.
As far as the casino goes, in three days I did not see one person getting a jackpot, there were many machines that were "out of order", and Security needs to be "beefed up". Every day I had people walking up to me begging for money, and in one section of the casino, every day there were groups of Asians who would sit and watch the people play. One or two of them would get up and sit down on either side of you when you sat down to play, for what reason I can't say, but it did make me and many people around me uncomfortable. You do not see these things at the Indian Casinos in upstate New York. All things said, we would probably stay at Bally's if we were ever to go back to Atlantic City.

Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino was the best hotel in Atlantic City by far. The room service was miraculous. The food was great and fast. Every time I place an order, my food arrived before 30 minutes. This hotel is geared in a way to make you feel relaxed and at home. One of the best parts was, I did not have to leave the hotel for anything; everything was at your hands. Additionally, While on my stay, I visited the pool, the spa and the gym. Might I add, it was so clean and the service was superb. The parking was very inexpensive. The best of all, I won a couple of dollars.

The hotel is kool but with all the money that Donald Trump has he needs to stop ripping off people $12.95 for daily internet access. 95% of hotels in the USA now offers free internet and wireless access. So they need to do something about that also the front desk customer service reps. need to be a bit more friendlier to customers and try to meet their needs. I requested a printed receipt for my stay and was denied by a clerk,,,,,,wow

We had previously stayed at the Trump Marina, and were satisfied with that location. This time, we decided to try a different hotel, and picked this one. It certainly had a different feel from the Trump Marina. We thought it was a bit more sterile, while the Marina had a more comfortable feeling. However, the room was extremely clean and comfortable. We did not find there to be too much to do in the evening, besides the casino. We would have liked to see a night club of some sort, especially for people over 40. A piano bar might be a good idea. The hotel is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc., and that was a plus. When we decide to come back to Atlantic City, we will try a different hotel.
Also, we had a bad experience with a total jerk with a Comp Card in one of the cafes. We were the only people in line for a table, and were about to be seated, when he came up and got in our faces and in the face of the hostess, complaining about our being in the wrong "location," and preventing him from being seated immediately. Get a grip, there was no one else in line.

I was traveling with my 24 year old disabled son. It was a great time and the facilities were very easy to get around. Also joining us in another room was my 21 year old son and some of his friends. My son and his friends are in the military and just got back from Iraq.I will definitely consider this hotel when planning our next visit. Thank you to all your staff, we appreciate all the hard work they do.

Convenient to Caesar's Pier Shops and Restaurants. We visited because of the Boat Show - shuttles were provided. Dinner at Phillip's Seafood (on the pier) was excellent. Be sure to catch the water show at the end of the pier. Prices in Trump Plaza bars are outrageous. BYOB ! We were fortunate to get an ocean view room which was certainly a treat. If you arrive in a car, be sure to visit nearby Smithville and folks who enjoy the outdoors will certainly enjoy the 7 mile drive through the Brigantine Wildlife Refuge just a few miles north of Atlantic City off Rt 9.

The hotel was excellent for the value. The bed was comfortable and the tv in the room was larger than the standard hotel tv. The only somewhat inconvenient thing was having to dig out the hotel key to get to the elevators and then to use it once again to ride the elevators. There were many dining options, although the 24 Central cafe ended up being much more expensive than we expected for breakfast. The Rain Forrest Cafe is also a very unique dining experience.

I had the worst experience ever at my check in at the hotel. The manager was rude and it just spiraled down from there. The manager Carmen Russo who has NO customer service skills was rude and just did not care. His words to me were I have no options. The situation was: I was in Atlantic City for The Verizon Wireless Kick off (A company that is known for its customer service) and instead of staying @ Caesars with friends I wanted to stay @ Trump. I checked in to a room I already paid for and the receptionist asked for my license and credit card for security deposit. Now due to recent identity theft issues we only travel we cash. That is reason we paid for room prior to arrival. We asked if we could leave $100 cash for security deposit and drivers license? We just did not have credit card with us. We also advised that the website did not state anywhere that we needed a credit card @ time of check in with $100 credit limit for room service/ security deposit. The manager stated we have no options. I was in tears and advised that I have to be changed and next door @ seminar in 30 mins - he advised me looks like you have a problem. I have no options for you.
I Have never been treated so poorly. I was treated better in best western. We have have been all over the world traveling and never treated like this.
We also never received the 2 spa passes that came with our reservation. Plus no one told us you had to swipe your key in the elevator to get it to work .We originally had ocean view room then she changed us to 3 floor view of pipes and back of hotel? We couldn't quite make out the view. All and all it was awful. I was greatly disappointed. That manager needs serious coaching!!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and am very likely to return. I wish that the casino provided some poker tables. I feel like that would complete that area of the hotel. Everything else was very good, the service at check in/out was well done and the dining was also good. Perhaps a bar and/or restaurant geared more towards my demographic could help bring more people in. We considered staying at other hotels for that very reason. However, the stay was enjoyable and I'm sure we will be back

Overall the stay was great!! Room service was great and on time and all the employees were very polite and courtous. They made me feel very much at home and comfortable. I am excited to return on another trip, this was my first time there and it definitely will not be my last it was a great experience for me and my spouse. The hotel room was in poor condition; wall paper peeling, room had stuffy odor or had been used as a smoking room, not enough supplies in room, bed spread was stained, whirlpool not hot enough. Liquid Bar had glasses stored on dusty shelves.
Bartender did not know how to make cosmopolitan.
No security staff around to report that right out side hotel we noticed stolen wallets and a purse nearby. A disgrace for a "Trump" property. Decided not to discuss with hotel staff as I didn't want to ruin my stay.

The staff was accommodating in room selection. The front staff gave my wife and I a beach front room when I requested it. The price was right so I booked the room. The room was clean when we checked in. I would consider booking the Trump Plaza again on our next stay in AC.The room was very nice. We ordered a King size bed No smoking and the mattress was of very good quality.
The view was beach front was looking over some debris from another facility.
The staff were accommodating.
