I received a gift certificate from AltanticCity.com and decided to use this certificate for our two night stay at the Trump Plaza. We loved the hotel and casino. The rooms and casinos were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our only compliant was that we could not use the gift certificate for anything other than the hotel, not food, not room service, not anything. The gift certificate is very misleading and I would not purchase or recommend anyone purchase this gift certificate. We now have a $50 credit that we will probably not use. But we were very pleased with the Trump Plaza and would recommend staying there and would stay there again.

Everything went great, fast check-in and check-out, we had complimentary tickets to the Spirit of Christmas show, which was a good show for the holidays. We had a room with the view of the ocean. The only thing was the restaurants closed early, but the room service was good. Everyone in the casino were friendly this is the first time I stayed at Hilton and I had fun, I will definitely come back for more. Great staff at the Hilton.

Above where it asks if I would recommend the Trump Towers again, I would really say "probably not to most", but that was not an option. Our trip was by no means a total disaster, but I certainly expected more from a place called Trump Towers. The hotel was more expensive than other hotels on the beach; and it was certainly not worth the extra money. The hotel and the room were not all that clean, and seemed old and run down. The room we were in had a beautiful view! However, it also had a balcony at one point, and they just screwed the sliding glass door shut w/ deck screws and ripped down the balcony. There were several seemingly "pieced together" renovations like that through out the hotel that certainly needed to be reworked the correct way. Also, there was very limited selection when it came to both food and shopping in the hotel itself. I will say the staff, for the most part, was courtious and professional. However, next time I'm staying at the Trop!

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room had a very nice view of the water and the bed was comfortable. My only criticism is that the bathrooms in the rooms we were in could use upgrading with better fixtures and decor, although they were very clean. The casino was amusingly entertaining except for a few younger players who could have been better behaved. My wife and I enjoyed a Cirque show during our stay and had wonderful seats near the stage.

Our stay was fine until the last day. We encountered a problem with the water. We tried to take a shower and the water was muddy and brown. When we called the front desk, they told us to run the water and it will clear up. We did that, and it still didn't clear up. We wouldn't take a chance showering or drinking or brushing our teeth with the water, so we had to buy bottles of water. By the next morning, the water was still discolored and on check-out, we spoke to the manager. She apologized and offered us complimentary breakfast or lunch, we thanked her and told her we had already eaten and we were now leaving. In spite of this incident, we would still return to the Trump Plaza.

When we checked into the hotel, the front desk person was not enthusiastic at all and she was not willing to work with us to have two rooms next to each other at first. Then when we got to our rooms although it was a smoke free floor, it reeked of smoke and when we tried to switch on the TV it didn't work. We called the front desk and they told us that the whole East Tower had problems with the TV not working and we asked to be moved to the Main Tower. We were annoyed because they could have told us that when we check in at first. Then one night we had ordered a movie through pay per view and it should have been available to view for a full 24 hours but it wasn't and when we asked for help they told us that they would send someone over but hours passed and no one showed up.

On the upside, the beds were comfortable and clean and the location was great so we could walk out on the boardwalk easily and have fun.

The Trump Plaza is a great weekend excursion. The staff was friendly, the room was great! I got a great deal on a room that included captain's club entrance for two - great value all around. They did make a mistake in the type of room, but when I called to guest services, they quickly made the correction and upgraded my room to a suite. I'm not a gambler, but I did to down to the casinos. The dealers were very personable and friendly. Even the other guests were genuinely friendly. You can't beat great service, great price, great amenities, and great location all in one. All in all, it was a great getaway and the Trump Hotels/Casinos will definitely see me again! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a brief break from the day to day or a romantic weekend getaway.

My experience at Trump Plaza was very pleasant. My companion and I had a great time and we will definitely be going back in the future. The only complaints are the ice machine next to our room was out of ice and the buffet dinner was too expensive and limited in variety. Other than that the stay was marvelous and I will recommend this hotel without hesitation. I want to suggest that visitors apply for the Trump One card and use it immediately - it is possible to save a few dollars this way.

My stay at Trump Hotel & casino was absolutely awesome! The room was amazing I was surprised to see that it was so tidy. Normally when I stay at hotel I have a complaint about the cleanliness of the bathroom but to my surprise that wasn't the case. The room service was excellent and the service was just extraordinary. My food was delivered in a reasonable time frame,who can argue with that right?. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. We really enjoyed the location of this hotel for our girls weekend. Close to so many restaurants, upscale shopping, outlet shopping, casinos, clubs, bars and fun! We really liked the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and 24 hr late night snacking; and we loved the hotel bar Liquid Assets for enjoying drinks and meeting people. The rooms were nice, large and the service was great. We made a request to housekeeping that was met with exceptional timeliness and efficiency. We were impressed and would stay again.

I had a great time in Atlantic City. I enjoyed the shops and the mall. I also like the outlet center the Walk especially the Coach store. I spend way too much money there. The Trump Plaza was nice. I was expected a little more. I did not care for the shower. I usually do not care for hotel bathrooms anyway. The staff at Trump Plaza and the staff at Atlantic city stores are extremely nice and friendly. The Trump Plaza was in a great location. I would definitely recommend it. The experience we had was one to remember. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and very luxurious. The best part about the hotel was the security. I felt safe and protected during my stay. All in all we had a great stay at the hotel and if we were ever to return to Atlantic City we would know where to stay. The hotel was beautiful. The room was just the standard room but it was still very nice. Every time I left the maid-service sign on the door, I came back to a made bed and a clean room, new soap, towels, etc. Speaking of the bed, it was huge and soooo comfortable that I didn't want to leave. I had a pretty decent view of the beach from the huge ceiling to floor window. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. Check in took no more than a few minutes. The hotel was clean at all times. I didn't get a chance to make it to the spa but the pool was nice. Indoor, so you can take a swim in any weather, plenty of seats. Suitable for children.
