Giant Wheel  Opens on Atlantic City Boardwalk

Steel Pier  grand opens its much-anticipated observation wheel to the public  for the New Year, ending a seven-year renovation project with hopes to reinvigorate the AC Boardwalk.

The 227-foot wheel has 40 enclosed cars seating 240 people. Sitting on top you get a great view AC beach, the ocean and the Atlantic City skyline.

Rides will cost $15 for adults and $12 for children.
