Now Fly Nonstop with Spirit Airlines from Atlantic City to New Orleans
Feb 15,2018
Folks in New Orleans can come to Atlantic City Direct
New Jersey residents will have another option to travel to New Orleans beginning in April.
Spirit Airlines announced Wednesday it will begin a non-stop route from the Atlantic City Airport to the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and will resume seasonal flights to Atlanta.
Spirit is adding service, I hope the service also means they are timely.
“We are excited to announce that Flying with Spirit Airlines from New Orleans to Altantic City is more easy now. They are adding nonstop service between Atlantic City and New Orleans, a premier destination known for its culture, cuisine, jazz music, and Mardi Gras,” Atlantic City Airport Director Tim Kroll said in a statement.
Small schedule to expand. That’s ok since most people spend only a few days in Atlantic City.
The route, which will fly four times a week, will increase the number of locations the budget airline travels to out of the Egg Harbor Township-based airport. Right now, Spirit flies to six cities in both Florida and South Carolina.
Flights to Atlantic City will begin Apr. 12 and the inaugural service to “The Big Easy” will start the following day, Apr. 13.
