Anyone who is not bullish on Atlantic City  should have been  at or at least  heard   what Mayor Don Guardian  had to  say on his annual  Atlantic City unofficial  state of affairs.  It was broadcast  on Wond radio.   I spoke to  them  and there are no plans  unfortunately,  to be  rebroadcast.

The mayor  started  off  with  challenges  like Caesars   applying for bankruptcy  the   very same  day but  then quickly segwayed into  all the  positive  initiatives  like Revel  being reopened for summer 2015, possible water park and  boardwalk expansion.
