This restaurant was wonderful! The only setback was that the meals were family style and there was only two of us, so it was a lot of food. But, it was some of the best Italian food we've tasted! Especially the mixed greens salad, it was delicious! It's well worth every penny!

While the food was "OK", the value wasn't. The food we ordered was bland in taste, not very authentic Italian, more like a processed line type of food out of a package. We didn't like the concept of shared dishes at Carmine's and don't recommend it to anyone.

My Review
I had a great time at Carmine's. It was a very different dining experience then what I'm used to. All the items on the menu are in very large portions and are meant to be shared among the table. I had 6 other people with me and with 3 dishes we were all full. The food and the service was really great.

This restaurant was very good. The food was excellent but a bit pricey. The service was good but we had to wait for a server.(we had to request one) It seemed like they forgot about us. But on an average everything was very good. I would recommend it, especially for families.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great ambiance, excellent service, great value. Food is above average, the wait staff very courteous. The Sunday pasta special is unbelievable. You can feed small armies with the amount of food they give you. Great value for your money as far as a restaurant goes in AC.

Me and my fiance enjoyed the food at Carmine's it was very fulling and tasty, I had a meatball sandwich with lettuce on the side and my fiance had Philly cheese stake and the place was very clean we had no problems with the food or place, the servers were very nice. I give this a 100%

My Review
This restaurant was the best Italian place I've ever been too! Our server Victor was great! My boyfriend and I could not decide what to get and he just gave us the list of meals and recommended the Pomodoro sauce with angel hair pasta. It was the best dish ever!

Had a great seat. My waiter came right away. Good snacks while waiting for my food. The salad was so big, could have fed three people with one portion. The wine list was fantastic. Many different wines to choose from. Then came the food. The bread that they give to you while you wait for your food is great.The food was fantastic.

Carmine's is one of my favorite restaurants and the one in The Tropicana did not disappoint. The service was excellent. We were seated quickly and the waiter was very attentive. My only complaint is the drinks. Very pricey and the wine was only average. I ordered a Pinot Grigio and it tasted like the house wine at some dingy Irish Pub. The cost for a glass of this wine was $9 dollars. So I switched to beer. All and all though the food and service was unbelievable and I highly recommend this place

Incredible food. One plate feeds 4-6 people . You get your Money worth. Friendly servers. Great place to bring your family to eat and have desserts. food selection was incredible as well as the desserts. I'm Italian so I enjoyed this restaurant to the fullest. All the customers were happy and enjoying their time there no one had a complaint.
